He should have his medical license revoked! Never met a more pathetic individual or irresponsible Practitioner as him!!! How dare he falsely represent himself as doctor

Dr Greis goes to various hospitals to care for geriatric patients. He has been very empathetic, responds quickly & listens to our concerns. My elderly mother has been under his & Leahi Hospital’s care. We are very appreciative & fortunate.

Dr Gries was assigned to my father at Hale Nani. Saw him today when he did his rounds. Introduced myself and he didn’t acknowledge me. Asked Dad how he is feeling, I told him he has pain and difficulty breathing, he ignored me. He later took the stethoscope and listened to five different places on my dad’s heart in no more than 5 seconds, said “it sounds pretty good” and walked out. He did this in no more than a minute. Just requested for a new doctor.

I concur with those who have left comments about this "physician." He was unresponsive when I interacted with him after my surgery and then prescribed an obscene amount of a dangerous drug that seemed to leave an open option to continue months later. He obviously graduated at the bottom of his medical class and continues to live up to that expectation!

Dr. Gries is incredibly negligent in his care for my loved one. He is reckless in giving medication, and oblivious to existing doses while having no concern for the actual needs of the patient. He is impossible to reach, refuses to answer questions and followup with patient/family concerns. Does the bare minimum when meeting with clients; and puts all of his patients at risk, by his lack of action and support for those that rely on him for their lives and well being.

Dr Gries is incredibly irresponsible in his care of patients. Prescribing my Grandmother a long acting insulin to be used overnight, which resulted in multiple low blood sugar occurrences. Then he further went on to blatantly disregard requests for changing the prescription to be more effective for her diabetes. Luckily her real internist was able to intervene.

He is too busy to talk to patients and family members. Sits behind a desk most of the time reading reports. When family members ask him questions he seems to be in a rush to answer and leave.

Never saw the patient on occasions. Only read the nurses' documentations or spoke the the nurse(s), wrote his notes and orders and left. No verbalization with patient. Seems like he is always busy to talk to family' members.
