They have taken the greatest care of my dad they treat him like his part of there family and been so nice to me it's been hard the transition to takeing care of my father and they have helped me with ever little thing I worry about they answer for me thank u front staff

Dr. Harpold became my new primary care physician this year. At my initial appointment I was very impressed with the attention and care I received. Dr. Harpold and his staff were extremely friendly, thorough and professional. I could not have been more satisfied with my experience.

He was very thorough and he listened to everything I said. He ordered all the appointments I needed for tests, and the list was extensive. His office helps me when I call in and they call and check on me. Great Dr. and staff.

I have his PA she is wonderful. I felt like she really cares and knows all about your body. She order tests and different things she thinks will help you. This is a 60 yrs and older doctor. He is well worth the time and cares so much that they want you to call them if you are ill first before going to the ER or the Urgent Care. That is wonderful even on the weekends. What doctors would ever do this. This is the best of my 72 yrs on earth. I will never leave and I do hope his PA does not leave either. She is wonderful. We were so fortunate to find Dr. Harpold to replace our primary care when we moved to FL 2 years ago. Right away he made us feel confident and that has only grown stronger as he shepherded us through several health issues. He is very thorough in monitoring our overall health and he and the outstanding staff seamlessly handle referrals to specialists as needed. I am a new patient of Dr. Harpold but no stranger. I had been taking a neighbor to see him during her illness and she asked that I join her in the examination. I was so impressed with his patience and honest and caring manner that I decided to change doctors. I cannot say enough nice things about the dr. and his staff. I've been a patient of Dr. Harpold for over a year. I'm very pleased with him and his staff. From my first visit to now I have had a great experience with him and his staff. The staff is very friendly and professional everytime I have been there. When you have an appointment you are not rushed Dr. Harpold will spend as much time with you and explain everything too you in a way you can understand him. I'm would not even consider changing Dr. He only sees patients 65 and over. There has never been a time that I have had to wait to see the Dr. I will recommend Dr. Harpold and his staff to everyone I know. When you call for anything the women will do everything to get you the answers you are looking for. They are prompt and call you back. i personally love doctor harpold he's very professional and takes his time with you and checks things out even with other specialist s of yours. hes staff is supportive and friendly and call s and checks up on me even if i've had another procedure from another doctor. they truly care and you can feel it. i've had many many doctors over my 62 yrears and have lots of specialist and doctor harpold is compassionate and helps me get and medical equipment i need and treats me with the upmost respect. trust me i've had some doozies in my day with doctors but he's one of the best in this area. i thank god he's my doctor.

I was called by VIP the company Dr Harpold works for The person that called me was extremely confused going over my medication and he kept apologizing for her mistakes but continued making the same mistake saying I was on medication that was discontinued. When I called the office to make them aware I was told that the person who called does not work for Dr Harpold The person works for VIP When I called Dr Harpolds office to advice them that Walgreens had faxed in a medication renewal since Nov 17 The receptionist was rude and said that I cannot rely on the pharmacy that I had to call to renew the medication. I advised the receptionist the medication that had to be renewed was ordered from my cardiologist Receptionist said Well then call the cardiologist and let her renew the med. I advised receptionist that the cardiologist referred my refills to by Dr Harpold. I became increasingly upset with the manner and tone of receptionist. At this point I am going to change primary doctors.

Zero stars if I could. My dad was diagnosed with cancer and after there was no communication with Dr. Harpold. He never called and never returned phone calls. Terrible. Never sat my father down to discuss options of care or what to expect. My dad was left in the cold because i guess they figured he was of older age.

I would recommend Dr harpold's office to everyone they are truly professional there and always concerned about your health and well-being Gail and the Gang are so polite and they do care about you they go above and beyond keep up the great work guys
