Avoid this dental practice. Steer clear of Dr. Swann. You can certainly find a better dentist. My son had his three wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Swann. Top and bottom right side and his top left. Four hours after we got home from surgery we realized my son had an additional bleeding cut and stitches on the bottom left side - where he didnt have a wisdom tooth. We called the office to find out why and no one at the dental office knew so they asked us to drive back there to check it. Swann came in and said, "I could have saved you a trip. I cut the bottom left and realized there was no tooth there so I had to sew it up. I got it mixed up with other patients and i was looking at the x-ray over my shoulder backwards. Anyhow, it should heal in a few days." He never apologized or said it was a mistake. He was very flippant and just said it would heal. This doctor didnt even plan for surgery by reading the x-rays before going into surgery. Then he didnt tell us or any of the staff that he cut open my son's gum looking for a tooth that wasnt there. Did he think we just wouldnt notice? Avoid this dental practice. Steer clear of Dr. Swann. You can certainly find a better dentist. … More
