Pleasant waiting room. Was called in for my appt right on schedule. Nurses were quick, friendly and efficient. Dr. Jones as always explained the results, gave words of encouragement and had a friendly engaging conversation. My experience with Centennial and all the nurses and physicians has been nothing but fantastic. I will continue to trust them with any health concerns.

Dr. Jones has been a wonderful doctor, supervising my pacemaker/defibrillator insertion. He discovered some problems with my heart during the first surgery but was able to preserver. Dr. Jones worked diligently to put the first one in seven years ago and I am due for a new one this year. All of his staff work well together and I am comfortable with his work along with his team.

Thank you, "everything" went well at my annual follow up with Dr. C. Jones. Pre appointment I was a little stressed because it was my first medical Zoom meeting. However, both doctor and support staff made me feel completely at ease. As always Dr Jones was calm and cool and answered all my questions. I will forever be thankful for how his expert treatment and procedures have increased the quality of my life. Dr. Jones is an excellently trained and very experienced cardiologist. He fully focuses on his patients, instills confidence, and has a high degree of empathy.

I came in contact with Dr. Jones due to a severe health issue. Dr Jones and everyone I have come in contact with during this time has been Great. Dr. Jones , his colleagues and his staff are the first doctors and nurses that I felt like they truly care about your health. He has been very down to earth and personal.

Excellent in all aspects. The front people are well organized, knowledgeable, and respectful. Dr. Jones’s nurses also meet and actually exceed my expectations. With regard to Dr. Jones, he is my favorite doctor b/c of several factors but specifically he is a listener and never gives me the feeling I am part of an assembly line.

Highly recommend Dr. Jones for any heart issues you may have. He installed a pace maker 3 years ago and it has made a tremendous difference to me.

Dr. Jones operated on me in 2018 and I must say he has great bedside manners. He asks and answers questions and is very concerned about your well being. Plus I think he is very sweet! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have a defibrillator or pacemaker put in.

Had a severe heart attack in 2015 and required an ICD. Dr Jones and staff were excellent. All follow up visits have been great

Dr Jones is great! And I took the time to speak with Serena’s supervisor to tell her not to ever let Serena go!! Having a reason for an appointment at the Centennial Heart Center, or any heart center for that matter, was not on my bucket list to put it mildly. But since that’s the necessary addition to my life schedule, I couldn’t ask for a better doctor or a better facility.

Our visit with Dr. Jones and his staff was a real pleasure. My wife has a pacemaker and I have an ICD, we have been with him for 9 and 4 years respectively. You will not find a more knowledgeable and accommodating EPS physician around. He is so pleasant and caring. His PA's are also very knowledgeable and teaching.

I already have recommended him to two friends. He is so easy to talk with. My sickness came about quite unexpected and I thought I would have to wait a long time but his associates got me an appointment quickly and set a date for a-fib surgery in about a week. However I developed pneumonia and was hospitalized for 5 days. I finally had the surgery a month later with many things happening in the middle I have recovered and am doing great. Thanks to Dr. Jones.

Awful. Horrible bedside manner. He was condescending and rude. He sat there and told me he wasn’t going to help me because my heart condition wasn’t a heart condition - but then turned around and said that he would help me if I changed my mind on taking medication that I have refused because of adverse reactions I’ve had to other medications. So... either he’s refusing to treat me because I don’t want more medications and is claiming I have nothing wrong with me, or he would willingly prescribe me medications for a condition he claims I don’t have. Either way, HORRIBLE doctor. I’ll be filing complaints on him and warning people going forward as well as talking to my COMPETENT medical team so they can help me find a doctor that cares and shows respect to all of their patients. His nurses and office staff are AMAZING! They’re so sweet, funny, and a joy to be around. I’m very disappointed in both him and his PA. I will NOT be going back to him. Awful. Dr. Jones and Dr. Honeycutt are great heart doctors. So glad we found them they have saved my husbands life. Their nursing staff is the best, so helpful and thoughtful. If you are having any heart problems this is the place to go.

I would highly recommend Dr. Jones to family and friends. He's taken really good care of me and his bed-side manor is wonderful. He's an outstanding doctor and a kind man. He asks for your opinion and then it's "here's what I think". In other words, this doctor listens to you.

Dr. Jones has been my cardiologist since 2006. I have recommended Dr. Jones and his team to many of my friends over the years. He has always made me feel like I am friend. He and his staff have always answered my question and share in my joys of travel and retirement. I always look forward to my appointments knowing that they care. They have never left me waiting even if I was extra early for my appointment they would take me back and sometimes I was done and on my way home before my scheduled appointment time. To finish up about my Friday afternoon low heart rate issue. Dr Jones personally wheeled me into the operating room with no scheduled appointment. In less than one hour he was able to insert a pacemaker into my hear. Up to my recovery room in a little over one hour and back home Saturday morning. Heat beating consistently at 60. Where else and what other Dr could I have gotten this response. Dr Jones and his entire staff are amazing. I can only refer to them as the Nashville Medical Wizards. My personal EP! Can't not sing his praises loud enough... Dr. Jones and his staff are excellent. I only have an hour and a half drive to see him but honestly I would travel a long distance to receive treatment by him if that was necessary.
