I was referred to this doctor by my primary doctor and I scheduled appointment which took around a month to see the doctor, he gave me two creams for my skin issue and said you will see some improvement in few days and he called me 4 days after my visit and I told him I don’t see any improvement, he gave some new advices and asked me to continue using them and schedule new appointment but new appointment scheduled for around 30 days and my skin situation got worse than ever and I called to talk to doctor about my skin emergency but his assistance said I can not talk to doctor and she talks on behalf of doctor and I have to continue the medications and wait for the appointment I said my skin is getting worse and I can’t sleep during the night I never have this issue before I have to talk to doctor directly it’s emergency and medications hurting my skin but she said again doctor does’t talk to patient and I have to wait to see doctor on my scheduled appointment I called again couple of days later and left a message to doctor and told his assistance again I need to talk the doctor but he didn’t call me back I was so sad and left alone with my pain and issue and couple of days after that I receive letter from dr Robert Jordan which said he does’t want to see me and I have to find another dermatologist which is not professional way to leave your patient alone after giving medication and your patients reports a serious issue and wants to talk to you directly!!! Dr. Jordan effectively diagnosed and treated multiple problems that had been causing problems for me. Thank you to Dr. Jordan as well as to his courteous and caring staff.

I love Dr. Jordan. Both my son and I went to him. Unfortunately I had to switch insurance. I am now with Kaiser. I wish he was a part of the network

This place is no what near profesonal one bit,doctor came out with dyed blue hair,went in to get something removed said the lab was wrong sent it back in to the same lab to get the same results as before.Talk to the staff as well as his nurse and was treated like a dog not a patient,lived in ventura my whole life and will never recommended this as a place to go,if I can give minus stars I would do so. I've been going to Dr. Jordan for 24-1/2 years now. Love how he always asks me how I'm doing & then about my concerns....and he actually listens, unlike so many Dr.s these days! My entire experience at Dr. Robert Jordan's office has been very pleasant. The staff is friendly and professional. The doctor was friendly and made me feel at ease. He explained everything to me about my hereditary eczema. I knew what to expect from the treatment plan, he explained how we would tackle the face arms and back problems I had been experiencing for more than a year. If you are looking for dermatologist to treat any skin issues you may have, call dr jorden and rest assure he has a treatment plan and solution for your problem. What a rare find, everything you wish a doctor would be! Dr. Jordan is very knowledgeable and competent. He goes above and beyond for his patients (spends time with you, never feeling rushed, he always listens to my concerns, etc) SUCH A KIND MAN. He loves what he does and it shows. If I can give this DR - 0 -I would : Frist day I saw him nice DR(was I fooled) he cut my skin send it out and put stiches on my leg.i went on a Thursday he's say I get the results Monday no one called!! I wait until Tuesday I CALLED HE'S WIFE PICKUP THE PHONE SHE DIDN'T EVEN SAY HELLO DR OFFICE WHATEVER. I hear everything she was talking about with someone at the office. 5 minutes pass she pick up the phone. So I ask her about my result "I call you when I get them but I will check in a poorly managed. I told I want my stiches remove I had them on me 2 weeks I call you. So I want to send him a email it didn't go throw so I called the office and ask why he's emails don't go throw. They have to go throw her Frist on her email and then if she approve she tell him lol Really she ask me what I say on the email I want to send to him I told her it was about being RUDE unprofessional she was ..so that same day he called at 7:45pm I am sorry about he's wife he was going talk to her all ECT so got me in this pass Thursday November 1-2017 very unwelcome feeling he was RUDE just as bad as her. Waited 30 days to make appointment waited 1 hour in waiting room while they helped every one but me then was told needed to reschedule again. Don't waste your time even if he is the best at what he does they don't care about you or your time I took the whole day off work for nothing now I'm out wages I could of earned I was referred by ojai friends I'll let them know there referral was a waste of time and not to go back as well im a young man, I feel bad if they do this to elderly people who have to take the bus or get aride to his office. Staff was quick and friendly, pleasant. Dr Jordan is so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. A wonderful experience. My husband is next. Thanks for such great care!

He provided a wonderful suggestion for what to look out for in the future, and immediately put my worries at ease by addressing the areas as benign. I really appreciate the time he took to educate me on this subject. I’m also glad that my skin wasn’t cut and subjected to testing at the slightest sign of concern! Just wanted some info on an insurance policy and trying to get a new doctor but the attitude of the staff was unreal. So very rude and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Seriously whats wrong with some people :(

I was referred to Dr Jordan by my family doctor in Ventura. I called today to ask if he takes Medicare. The phone rang and rang and finally went to a fax machine. No problems with the staff. Dr. Jordam is smart and well spoken.

So extraordinarily happy to find Dr. Jordan after Dr. Werber retired (?). Dr. Jordan is a listener and has helped me solve a decade old eczema problem.

The Doctor and the staff are top notch. All my questions were answered, my wait was minimal and I felt comfortable asking the "weird" questions.

Dr. Jordan is fantastic! He is a very caring doctor! He did a great job taking care of my lesions, answered all my questions in a non- rushed and caring manner and made sure that I was satisfied. I would recommend him highly.

The woman at the front office is horrendous. She is clueless of the accurate process and is extremely difficult to communicate with. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this office. They are over booked and under educated. I'm sure the doctor is great but you can't get passed the idiot in the front

Pleasant staff. Only had to wait 5 min in the lobby then less than 5 min to see Dr. Jordan. He was very friendly and sympathetic to my issue. Quickly diagnosed and took skin sample to be sure of diagnosis. I felt very well taken care of.

Long time patient... Arrived early for a scheduled appointment only to find the office locked. Called the office number and staff did open the door, albeit with obvious reluctance. Filled out an insurance update form, then was told the insurance required a referral. I patiently tried to explain that it did not, to no avail. Then was told "We're leaving for lunch..." What? I thought I had an appointment. How could I have been seen even if the insurance wasn't an issue with them? Basically got shooed out the door, which was then locked behind me.
