Office staff unfriendly and ran my card two times even when I expressed my concern that my card was being run more than once. She kept saying it was declined and I needed to give her a new card which I did and that one was charged too! Called to tell them my cards were charged three times as I expected and have been waiting on hold for over 90 minutes now. Had to wait months for my appointment and when I finally got one and took off from work and drove over an hour to get to it the dr spent all of about one minute w me and was unable to offer any help w my issue. Horrible. Update - finally hung up on waiting an hour and a half on hold and called a different number and the rude woman told me I had to dispute the charges w my cc company - that it wasn’t their issue. Dr. Kelsch was very kind and friendly. He reviewed my records and following a brief exam, immediately diagnosed my condition.

Dr. Kelsch is excellent. Very smart. Very helpful. Caring. He takes his time to answer questions and gives assurance. Called back quickly when I had more questions. Office staff are amazing. I went to see Dr. Kelsch for mouth sores that occur frequently and breath issues. The doctor gave me a Band-Aid approach to my condition. I would have been better off in an internet forum because all he gave me were a slew of possible causes one time, and even told me the cause is unknown another time. He didn't even take a biopsy or culture. He told me I had no breath issues when I've been told otherwise.
