I had Elvira for my latest cleaning. She was thorough, gentle and knowledgeable. All of the hygienists at Lombardo dentistry are good and well trained, so I don’t mind getting someone different from time to time.

The entire staff is excellent and very caring. I had two root canals preformed by Dr. Cho and I found him to be very competent. The entire experience was far less uncomfortable than I expected it to be. The procedure was completely painless and I had absolutely no post procedure pain or discomfort of any kind.

Every visit for myself has been an excellent experience! It's a very relaxing office & your appointments are right on time if not early. I've never waited past my appointment time! The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly. I personally will not have another dentist in my lifetime. I highly recommend Dr Lombardo & his entire staff of wonderful employees. I'm looking forward to my next visits already.

Dr. Cho is very gentle, patient with all questions/concerns and compassionate to ensure that I was comfortable throughout my visit. I have been a phobic in the past, but with the new technology and this office stays current with these technologies, they take the "scare" out of visiting the dentist. Such a positive experience! Just moved here and I was pleasantly surprised by this dental office and the efficient, friendly staff. Dr. Lee’s dental nurse was particularly kind, caring and informative. Dr Lee himself gave me loads of information regarding the problem I was having - and seems to have solved it. The hygiene levels are impeccable and the office pleasant and modern. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Dr Cho took me at the last possible minute just before closing when I called with a toothache that just kept worsening. They decided to do an extraction as my tooth was infected and "hot", necessitating personnel stay on for at least another hour. I had called a few other nearby dentists, including my FORMER dentist who is a block away before calling Cho and Lombardo and no one else would take me. Thank you Dr Cho, my new Dentist.

I researched to find Dr. Cho. He is extremely meticulous in his work and a very clear and articulate communicator. His staff is equally attentive and very passionate about their work and quality of care.

I've been going to Dr. Cho and Laurel for about 6 months. I'm extremely happy with the entire experience! Cleanings and two new crowns. Even during Covid19 they were able to make time to see me and set my permanent crown. Everyone I've come in contact with have been true professionals and absolutely delightful! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Dr. Lombardo is a wonderful dentist, professional and personable and with a genuine sense of compassion for his patients. The office has several signs that say, "We cater to cowards", which seems to be their motto. I've seen the sign before in other dentists' offices, but it is most assuredly true here. The best part of the practice is, however, the staff, both front-office and back. Without exception, they are friendly, welcoming, and supportive. I can't say that the doctor and his staff make me look forward to visiting the dentist, but they certainly make it far more pleasant than it would otherwise be.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff was amazing!

I was terrified of having my teeth worked on. I saw the ad that stated "caters to cowards" and I had a pretty bad tooth ache so I thought I'd try again. . Well Dr. Lombardo helped me to calm down and then pulled the tooth that was bothering me so much. I was shocked to say the least. I felt no pain an just a little bit of pressure. She could not get passed the receptionist who told her she will be taking X-rays today despite my wife bringing her dental records with her I gave my card for the dentist to call me but still no call 48 hours later Sorry Dr Lombardo but my wife deserves better than you and thank you for not letting us make the mistake of doing business with uou
