My experience with this clinic was a while ago. Over 90 minute wait for my scheduled appointment. I told him I had a spot on my breast and he said "whip it out". I'm sure some would be fine with it, but it made me uncomfortable. Please note, there WAS a female assistant in the room with us. It still felt unprofessional. I had a follow up appointment and scheduled it for after lunch. I stood outside their door for an hour, while they were having lunch with a pharma rep. They had ZERO concern for my appointment time. He always listens and finds an answer where other Dr's don't.

I had appointment but was denied healthcare. It was almost 95 degrees outside. My RN’s know my temp raises when outdoors but returns to normal once Im inside. Dr. Marshall refused to see me even after explaining this to his grumpy nurse. I tried correcting her, could not get her attention so I lightly touched her hand. She made a face like I was trying to molest her...in front of my wife and RN. I believe Dr Marshall doesnt want to see me, as the billing goes on my White Card. I have COPD serious, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathy, I could go on. Why endanger seniors come to your office just to be turned away? Second time this has happened. I understand rules @covid. He should have waited 5 minutes and retook my temperature then. Once home, my temp was 97 degrees. Thanks for putting us in danger. Thanks for nothing...

Took one month to schedule an appointment. Kept waiting for 45 minutes and finally left.

I have a rare condition in which I NOW have been Diagnosed by a dr willing to listen. I showed him pictures of what happens to me. I made an appointment to see Dr. Marshall and specifically said I would like to have a red spot on top of my ear looked at. When he came into the exam room, he took a quick look and then said I would have to return in three weeks for a scraping to complete a biopsy as he was short staffed. I said that was the reason I was there. He then took my arm and sprayed Nitrogen on a spot, did a couple in my ears and was done. I believe he told the nurse he did 8. I question his math. I was not treated at all for the reason of my visit. Instead I feel I was used to simply bill the insurance company. I feel the doctor did not listen to my needs and I absolutely will not return. Very nice gentleman and a good listener. Hard to find these days.

I've been a patient of Dr. Marshall for quite a number of years and would highly recommend him for your dermatology needs.

Love the doctor, he's amazing! The staff... I needed an approval from my insurance first before getting something. I called 2 weeks after my appointment to see if it had been approved, she said nothing yet. I call back 1.5weeks later to find out what is taking so long... the lady tells me I HAVE to call my insurance to get it approved.. I said "ehh no ur the provider...." now she's telling me I have to wait ANOTHER 15 days to get it approved.... not happy. Love the doctor, he's amazing! The staff... The best and only dermatologist I recommend in TC, WA. For Dr. Marshall service is all that matters. Finding the right and the best outcome is all he cares about. He talks to me as a patient, not a PA.

Dr. Marshall was very friendly and personable. I didn’t feel like I was just another patient, but an individual. He seemed very knowledgeable on my skin condition and was wonderful to work with. His staff was very friendly and my wait wasn’t too long.

I had the first appointment of the day and waited an hour. When I asked the receptionist about the delay she they schedule appointments expecting wait times. Dr. Marshall doesn't come into the office until 45 minutes after the first patient is scheduled.

Great doctor, knowledgeable and pleasant. Dr. Marshall takes his time with you and has great bed side manner!

I've visited Dr. Marshall every month for 6 months and each visit was perfect. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Marshall definitely knows his stuff. I will always go back to them for all of my dermatology needs.

Dr. Marshall does a great job and is very experienced in his profession. I came to him for a routine checkup and he was able to identify some moles which could have become cancerous if not addressed. Very good follow up after the initial appointment and was very thorough in his procedures. Very friendly and personable, and he has a great office staff. I had to move an appointment around due to my work schedule and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Marshall! Dr. Marshall does a great job and is very experienced in his profession. Awful. Over-billed, under-diagnosed! Save your money and GO somewhere else. I called them with a question terrible customer service to top it all off!! I recommend an honest specialist Allergy and Asthma Center in Kennewick they are taking such good care of my whole family.
