Very professional and caring staff and physician.

I’ve seen Dr. McClure regularly for the past several years. He has been a compassionate Dr. and I’ve never had the slightest complaint with my care. His entire staff, from the front office to the nurses that assist, have all been polite, kind and generally great people.

Excellent care from a trusted caring Dr. I highly recommend dr. McClure and staff. They go the extra mile to provide the best healthcare.

Great appointment with my new physician! Experienced, sharp, thorough, careful, caring, and he easily removed the growth and provided good aftercare instructions. I see why he was so highly rated and recommended and feel so relieved to be in such good hands going forward.

I had a great experience starting with the pleasant front office staff, to the medical assistant and finishing with Dr. Neckman. She had great bedside manner, education me on a recommended procedure and didn't rush through the visit.

My Father and Mother see Dr. McClure and recommended him to me and it’s one of the best recommendations I’ve ever received. From diagnosis to surgery to check-ups Dr. McClure has been the absolute best he’s personable, friendly, and thorough and I’ll continue to see Robert for as long as he’ll have me.

Dr Neckman is the best in attention to patient, giving helpful information and follow through of care. Excells in skill and in "bedside manner."

I would like to share my experience because I am one of many that has been trying to find a solution to my ingrown hair problems. After so many years of trying different methods and products to deal with the issue with no great ending result I was down on my luck. I was having to come up with a strategy to overcome all the pain I would have in my face of all the inflammation from the hairs growing back into my skin. When I got my appointment to see Dr. Robert McClure I was relieved of a lot of tension when he explained everything in a calm professional manner. He broke down the different solutions in detail and I was able to better understand why they would not work. He suggested the best option and told me it will be a challenge to get my ingrown hair problems under control but once I get that method and stay consistent I will be A OK! Doctor McClure and his staff were exceptional. I was experiencing severe itch and rash and they were able to get me into the clinic in minimal time. Once there they provide exceptional service and treatment. I highly recommend this office.

I find comfort with this doctor and she makes sure to take care of you. She gave me options in treatment that I felt comfortable with in type and style. Example ointment or cream or ask if I would like oral or on skin applications according to what is available for treatment.

I have been going to Dr. McClure for many years and my husband did even before I started. He is very professional and VERY GOOD at his work. There aren't many doctor's that I would drive from Acworth to Lilburn but I do to use him. I recently told him if he ever retired I would find someone closer but as long as he is still working I gladly drive the distance to see him.
