Dr. McGann and Mr. Bill made my daughter’s experience with a fractured wrist the absolute best experience we could have asked for!! When I say that this was an awesome experience, I mean top notch!! the office personnel are friendly and Mr. Bill was the most kind, sincere person we’ve met in a long time!! My daughter was excited for a cast (weird I know), and they showered her with everything possible to make it super special!! Mr. Bill made sure he signed her cast! Dr. McGann had left the office but turned around and came back just to sign her cast!! I’m telling you they are the BEST!! Thank you so much for such an awesome experience!! Saw Dr. McGann today and while he had good news for me, I found him rude and uncaring.

This review is for PA Darrin. Maybe the most unprofessional and incompetent "health care provider" I've ever been around. Arrogant, with zero care for a patient in pain. Actually says he has no idea what's wrong, but won't refer because he's embarrassed that he doesn't know what he's doing. Stay away for your own good.

I have been going to dr McCann for about two years now he is a very good doctor he fixed my broken rist and I had two knees replacements he is a very good doctor I recommend him to Any one????

In May 2020 I had a total shoulder replacement and suffered nerve damage. I am now permanently disabled. I went to another orthopedic surgeon for his opinion and was told there was no reversal of the damage. Being my prominent arm, I find it very difficult to function.

Did 4 xrays but was very short in exam and just prescribed medicines that I could not take due to kidney injury. Not worth the money nor the time!

Dr. McGann would not schedule me, because I had seen another orthopedic in town.

He fixed my arm a couple years ago and now just fixed my moms hip! Excellent Doctor!!!! Always treated myself and my family with the most respect!!! We are lucky to have him here locally!!!

Not sure good choice.

Horrible Dr. Never want to see him again.. He was so rude, and even refered to a natzi camp... made me so ashamed to go to his office.

Dr McGann was extremely rude. I had my 8yr old in his office and he said why are you here?. Really this is the worst service I have ever in countered. I would highly recommend looking for another Dr and don’t go to Dr. McGann. I will not return.

We have been to Dr. McGann several times and never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Very busy but bent over backwards to get my father in law hip surgery to relieve pain from tumor. Even though my father in law kept changing his mind and had to be rescheduled. Very professional and wonderful to family.

He knows what he's doing, but has a terrible "bedside manner". Very quick and to the point. I (a female) brought a male friend with me for a checkup of my broken wrist, and Dr Mcgann looked at and spoke to my friend the entire exam, and even handed him all my paperwork for checkout. More than a little off-putting.

Dr McGann may be an excellent surgeon but he has NO people skills. Recently he was my Dr for an injury I incurred. I saw him for less than 1/2 hour the entire two months I was under his care. I resent having to see a PA when I EXPECT and PAY to see a DOCTOR. In my case Dr McGann released me with little to no after care, I was supposed to call if I had a problem. No thanks to Dr McGann but boatloads of thanks to my PT I have had no MAJOR problems.

He did a great job of repairing my son's broken arm. My son never even took but one pain pill post operative and 6 years later has had no issues at all with it .
