Dr Moore was very nice. He put me at ease just talking to him. He explained everything in laymens terms not all medical so that I couldn’t understand ! I feel very confident with my upcoming surgery !

Office staff was kind and curtious. very pleasant to deal with. Dr Moore, was wonderful, took the time to explain everthing to me. Answered all my questions.

Dr. Moore spent time explaining the surgical procedure with me and answered all my questions I did not feel rushed at all. He has a very good bedside manner.

He is the kind of surgeon that you want taking care of you and your family. I have been an ICU nurse for 26 years, and he met every expectation that I had and that's a lot! He is a tribute to his profession!

Dr. Moore met me in a timely manner, and took the time to answer all of my questions. It was a thorough visit that left me with zero doubt that Dr. Moore should be the one to perform my procedure. The office personnel were direct, expeditious but friendly.

Listened to what I was going through and made me feel comfortable with his responses. He took his time answering my questions. Made me feel he really cared.

Dr. Robert Moore is exactly the kind of doctor you want taking care of you. In meeting him prior to surgery he was very genuine, laid back and informative. I felt comfortable with how he explained everything and asking questions. The day of the surgery he was the same way which immediately put me at ease. He had a wonderful team of doctors and they all made me feel like I was the only surgery they had that day. Very attentive, informative and genuine. Will be sure to recommend. Dr. Moore is professional, personable & punctual. Dr. Moore explained all steps of the surgery, recovery period and possible negatives that could occur. I felt confident is his treatment. I would highly recommend Dr Moore for surgical treatment.

Dr. Moore is all about the person. Treatment and follow-up is fully explained and you don't feel like just another neglected patient. Dr Moore did surgery on me several years ago and I would recommend him in a heartbeat ???? I am a patient again for a different issue and after meeting with him again I feel "at home ".

Canceled my dad's surgery procedure twice. Even the initial appointment made us switch. I would never go with this doctor again.

My is not Calia but I visited dr. Moore few times yes he sit and listened but I don’t think he realize if you go back or no...for him who’s next and no return calls

Love Dr. Moore! He treated me for breast cancer 2 years ago. Very supportive and knowledgeable. Gives plenty of time for questions, and concerns. I had lumpectomy w/ reexcision by Dr. Moore, then radiation treatment at Dana Farber Community Care.

Cancelled my dad's surgery twice. First time he cancelled because he was on vacation and second time he had to do a emergency surgery on someone else. You can't just book a procedure and go on emergency surgery, very poor service and scheduling. I wouldn't go to him for anything.

Dr. Moore suppose to receive my previous test and call me...still waiting few weeks later....i guess he likes to deal with just less easy no problem patients very compassion

He was Friendly and straightforward. He listened carefully, made interpersonal connections and intent eye contact. He quickly put you at ease and brought calm to an intense situation.
