I've been an extremely satisfied patient of Dr. Nettles for fifteen years. I see him for Botox and injectables. He is truly an artist/sculptor with remarkable knowledge and skill to a create natural, non "worked on" look. He understands exactly where to inject and the exact amount needed to achieve a result that is natural and appropriate for the age of the patient. He is will do work when he feels the results will not meet his high standards and he is always 100% honest about that. Dr. Nettles is a man of outstanding character, morals and principles. I saw Dr. Nettles in 2018 for help with female androgenic alopecia. Dr. Nettles prescribed Dutasteride and recommended I continue to follow a strict diet consisting of at least 100 grams of lean protein per day. Dutasteride is an "off label" treatment for male and sometimes female pattern baldness. It's also a "hormone inhibitor". Shortly after beginning the medication (both in oral and topical form), I began experiencing debilitating, negative side effects including dizziness, severe migraine headaches, and tunnel vision. After performing additional research about these known side-effects, I raised my health concerns with Dr. Nettles. Dr. Nettles disregarded my concerns and immediately became defensive telling me that that he had never heard of my side effects before (despite other patient experiences easily found online). He insisted I continue treatment. I stopped taking Dutasteride for two weeks to test Dr. Nettles theory, that my side effects were unrelated to the Dutasteride t

Beautiful center, very clean, friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Had a multi step facial from GROUPON by Arlene which including Dermaplaning Went to a party that night and several friends commented on the radiant glow of my skin. (My complexion is fair and have extremely dry skin) As Arlene mentioned, I would experience some peeling about 3-4 days afterwards but I moisturized and my skin still looks nice. Excellent job! I highly recommend. This place is great. Arlene did an amazing job on my facial and dermaplaning. I’ve only had one other experience with this process and it didn’t even compare to the facial I got here. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Everyone is so professional and friendly. They have a consultant who reviews exactly what your service entails. She is so kind. I used a Groupon which was a nice deal for such a quality place. The receptionist is so nice and even emails you a list of parking areas where you get 2 hours free, all close by. Make sure you remember it because I forgot about it and ended up paying $20 to park in the garage at the building location. I definitely recommend this place and will go back for sure. I would like to warn people about this doctor having me PAY IN FULL for 3 visits UPFRONT for a "liquid facelift". After first very unhappy (you can save thousands buying a Groupon instead, trust me!!! ) This office collected 7200.00 on the first visit, then just kept it! This was equivalent to a watered down filler, at best)! After a month I called to cancel future filler installations and get the overpayment credited to my card. I was told NO refunds even if I did not come back to get the fillers. NO service/ products, they were NOT HARMED however kept my money THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!! There was NO CONTRACT and no verbal or otherwise to force me to have my face injected, however, they kept my money! Even my AMEX credit card refunded 4200.00 BUT 5 MONTHS AFTER THAT I WAS SERVED SMALL CLAIMS COURT PAPERS they actually took me to court to get something for nothing SUING ME FOR SERVICES AND PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED, DESPICABLE!!!! SO MUCH MORE TO THIS STORY OF UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTIC

I received the worst facial of my life! They write notes throughout the “treatment” and so much time was spent with me laying their with no product on my face listening to her write worthless “notes”. When they do the dermaplaning part they will shave your hair around forehead, without acknowledging it or appoligizing for it. They will also cut you in several places and leave razor burn. They will leave your face more tore up then it looked when you were 16. I could have been getting married the next day and I would have looked terrible! She asked one question but nothing else, nothing was customized to my skin. They will also do your extractions with their fingernails which is horribly painful. This place is an absolute nightmare and it’s devastating to think and look at how long it will take for the hair AROUND MY FACE to grow back. Dr. Nettles and his staff are very professional. They are kind, low-key (i.e. little to No stress) and they provide wonderfully personalized attention. Great consultation and facial at Dr Nettles office today. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and I found the infrared photo they took of my skin both enlightening and something that will be really helpful in the future. They keep the photo in their records so that they can monitor progress. My facialist was also very knowledgeable and informative. My facial consisted of dermaplaning, hydratating and extactions, and my skin feels absolutely amazing. I also received some great tips and advice after my service. They give the worst facials ever! They shave the hair around your face and don’t admit it. ITS HORRIBLE! My face looks worst then before I went in and still hasn’t gone back to normal several days later. No massage was given and they stop more then once during the treatment to write notes. At least 15 minutes total out of an hour was spent writing notes. She also had zero personality and made it uncomfortable. Watching my hair grow back will be very hard for me save yourself and go anywhere else

Dr. Nettles is one of the most compassionate and informative Doctors I have ever worked with. He does not hesitate to inform you the full implications of any treatment he offers and he makes sure that you are well aware of everything that happens throughout the process. The staff here are extremely friendly and comforting. His office has a great atmosphere that is easy to relax in. I am new to LA and generally get anti-aging treatments every 3-4 months, so I bought a groupon to help find a new doctor here in town. Dr. Nettles' office is beautifully decorated and located in a great spot, and Sabrina and Fernanda are extremely classy and warm and accommodating; it seemed as if this could be the perfect fit. I was pretty well sold on the yearly package they offer until Dr. Nettles came in to do my treatment. Though he appeared handsome and charming and I genuinely wanted to like him, as soon as he opened his mouth he was condescending and snide and questioned my ability to comprehend how a neurotoxin affects a neurotransmitter without being a chemist. I was shocked, to say the least, and continued to have my intelligence insulted as well as my "genetic imperfections" pointed out as the consultation continued. He closed our appointment with a hug and a kiss, as though perhaps we had bonded through this, but I can confidently say that I would feel more comfortable combatting my "imperfections" anywhere other than there. While I get the impression Dr. Nettles is talented and sharp, his bedside manner leaves quite a bit to be desired, and there are lots of options for this treatment in LA that don't involve being patronized.
