Dr. Robert L Nichols

Dr Nichols has been our family physician for almost twenty years. We couldn't be happier with him. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patiently listens and takes his time with you. He provides great feedback on your condition and has consistently provided first rate care.

My Experience with Dr. Nichols is great, they have gave me a good treating this past years and they staff is very professional and nice.

Dr.Nichols office is by far one of the best places I’ve been, he is very professional and very presentable. His staff is absolutely amazing, they are super nice, professional and welcoming when entering the office! Definitely will be returning!

Staff treats you like family until you have a balance. Let me start by saying I have attended this doctor for over 15 years. Most of my adult and all of my youth has gone through this doctor. He's a great doctor and fantastic with a overall good staff but, be prepared to be turned away if you have a balance because of your previous insurance didn't cover that last visit. Understandably so that I have a balance and I do not argue that but, I was turned away due to having a balance even though I didn't receive a single Letter about my balance. This entire time I thought I was fine but apparently I wasn't. I have a full intention of paying my bill but after not getting any word that I have had a balance and being turned away on a day I called out from work and am currently untreated, I have NO intention of staying with this doctor. My wife and I have been seeing Robert for years and could not be happier. He is very knowledgable and has a great staff.

Dr. Nichols and ALL his staff are amazing. They are accommodating, caring, flexible and understanding. Dr. Nichols explains with a lot of detail and doesn’t make you feel bad!!! Thank you for taking care of my family and I!!!

Stay away from this office! I really thought that this office would be different. I liked the doctor and he seemed to listen and I was excited to have a new place to take care of my needs but this place is not good at all. The girl who answers the phone is typical and controlling, she doesn't understand things, she makes things up, she gets things twisted and you feel absolutely crazy and she is completely unwilling to listen to what I have to say and would rather me come in for another visit and give up another day of my work to avoid helping me. I cannot deal with offices like this anymore in my life. It takes a huge toll on me and my medical conditions and management. I have a serious illness that requires a completely competent and caring group of people...I shouldn't be given a hard time about having medication that my life depends on like Insulin! Do not go here if you have anything serious going on. You will be gaslighted!!!!!

Staff and the doctor is very nice and help you alot. I recommend Dr Nichols.

Bob is a fantastic doc. Very relatable and takes his time with you.

Dr. Nichols is very squared away. He considers himself a scientist as opposed to someone who has been indoctrinated by Medical School. He has an excellent demeanor and listens to his patients. He is very willing to hear you out and try different things/medicines to improve your health. Highly recommended!

Both Dr. Nichols and his staff are very helpful and friendly. Never feel rushed during an appointment and they always take my calls and follow up quickly. Easy to get a convenient appointment. Dr. Nichols is exceptionally knowledgeable; listens carefully and provides helpful and useful feedback, with thorough explanations; seems to be very up-to-date on medical information. Highly recommend these services.

Dr Bob has been my doc for 9 years. He's super funny and always takes good care of me. The staff is awesome and always gets me in when I need something urgent.

I love Doctor Bob!! He really takes his time in evaluating your condition and is very friendly. The staff is alway well groomed and take good care of their patients. I live on the opposite side of town and make it a point to keep him as my primary care, regardless of the drive.

I was a long-time patient of Dr. Nichols. Last year, I had to switch primary care physicians due to a change of insurance. I was recently put on an insurance plan that included Dr. Nichols again, and was happy to again have the ability to see him. After making an appointment one month in advance, I arrived for my visit but was told that I could no longer be his patient as I had "transferred out." I was refused service. This is highly unethical, therefore I cannot recommend Dr. Nichols to anyone.
