Let me tell ya’ll about Dr. Norris this man has helped me tremendously from my autoimmune disease to etc. He listens to your complaints and how you feel and I appreciate that. He does not rush he takes his time. I wouldn’t know what to do if I hadn’t changed pcp’s this man has helped saved my life with the help of God. I am now on my way to recovery because of tests and x-rays he ran that no other specialist would do. I will always be gracious of him because of this. Dr. Norris is one of the most kind and intuitive Dr’s I have seen. Having him as my primary care physician eases my anxiety concerning my health because I know I am being taken care of.

He's a very smart, thorough and perceptive physician...an excellent listener.

Dr. Norris never makes you feel rushed. He always takes your complaints seriously. Because of his meticulous manner & his devotion to his clients, he found a brain tumor that 5 other doctors before him said was either because i was too stressed or it was in my head. Then he found several other serious issues after other doctors had blown off my complaints. Although the wait time is longer to see him, he is well worth the wait. I really like him and both my wife and I go to see Dr. Norris. On one occasion, I saw him for a couple skin issues and he was knowledgeable about what they were and prescribed an ointment for one and a oral antibiotic medication for the other. Both cleared up just fine. Additionally, I saw him for a full physical and labs and was very pleased with his listening, explanations, and follow up. I'm happy to know I've found my PCP in Austin!
