This by far probably one of the rudest /only rude doctor I have encountered in my life.. I was having a diagnostic procedure done .. and the way he inserted the tool.. was probably the most painful I ever experienced and I have had similar procedures done annually. When I appeared uncomfortable , he became frustrated.
Very rude and no bedside manner at all.
Terrible experience with Robert Obedian. Wrong diagnosis. Stay away from R.Obedian. He is very unprofessional, rude and he is milk money from insurance companies.
The worst! I been going to the 76 st and 4av location and these “workers” are useless, they pick the phone then they hang up and I’ve seen them chitchating in between calls bunch of losers
Horrible patient service, Lisa working the front desk was rude and disrespectful to everyone who walked in, they are scheduling more than 20 people at a time completely violating social distancing rules. Have been waiting for 2 hrs. She even yelled at an elderly person for not understanding insurance talk???
The worst customer service ever , front desk 3 employees don’t know how to say thanks or smile , they have such a bad attitude!! Also be ready for over 2 hours of waiting time ... My mom was very disappointed today. She came here at 8 am to do a scan and waited for 8 other people (who came after her) to be seen prior to her. When she started to complain and asked for a manager, they refused. Front desk is very rude. What's the point of making an appointment when one has to wait for hours to do a scan. Meanwhile, my mom works in a medical office herself and was late for work because of your incompetent staff. If you are thinking of coming here - go somewhere else!!! Great place to go when you want your time wasted. Dirty and front desk is full of excuse after excuse. They will not honor apointments even when your life depends on it. If this is healthcare I sooner get care from a clown. This place is utter clownshoes.
I miss my appointment I'm trying to reschedule since 3 pm it's 4:40 pm and I'm still on hold. Hire more people whom can at least pick up a phone. Busy or not everyone gets that but so am I.
Waited for almost 2 hrs. Two scripts I was told was not sent. I finally got called and changed when the rude tech said why ar you here, I didn't call you. It is already stressful time to get a mammogram you don't need someone mean and nasty. Find yourself another location.
One star too many. I went in for an X-ray, they took the wrong one and got a chest X-ray instead, they forgot about me and it was an hour and a half of waiting. I went a second time and the technician attempted to do a halfassed job to protect my reproductive organs from the X-rays and I had to force him to give be the waist protector. I've been going to the 7601 4th Ave location for more than 15 years. I will never go back again. The absolute worst patient service. I didn't get to see the technician for a mamo until 50 minutes past my appointment time. Front desk is full of excuses. One technician, Wilda is the only one working. She is the absolute best, but one woman cannot fix an entire office of incompetence. Saturday mornings, mid week late afternoon, Monday early afternoon,... doesn't matter - spent 2 hours for a mamo and sono -- each procedure took no more than 10 minutes. FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER PLACE - Posters all over the office asking... "TELL US WHAT YOU THINK" If they really cared they would make changes because this has been going on for quite some time. I’ve also been coming here for years and the wait time has never been good. My appt was at 12:30pm and it is currently 1:50pm and I’m still sitting here. This is the last time I come here. I didn’t know I’d have to pack snacks for my appt!
They make you feel like you’re on a production line and the people who work there are somewhat rude.

They are terrible at the service. Is my second time that i go there and in both appointments even i was 20 & 30 min before the appointment i have to wait for 50 min and and none of the girls at the desk is giving me any answers. Shame !!! I'll never go there again...

Quite possibly, the worst customer service / front desk experience I had, well, ever. First off, the wait time for a simple test was over two hours; front desk would not answer any questions or offer an explanation for the delay (expecting long wait times, I scheduled the first available slot of the day, but that made no difference). Two front desk girls were busy texting on their phones and only attended to patients when it suited them. Both were equally rude and incompetent. The procedure itself went smoothly, both the technician and the nurse (or physician's assistant) were courteous and efficient. Unfortunately, that’s where pleasantries ended – trying to get my test results a week later proved really difficult. Very unfriendly person on the phone refused to release the report at first, stating that it can only be requested by the referring doctor. It is not only incorrect, but also illegal – a blatant violation of patient's rights. After some haggling, she begrudgingly agreed to release the report, but when I came over to pick it up, it was nowhere to be found. After some "searching", the front desk asked me to come back in three days. Only after repeated calls to the head office (they seem as appalled as I was by the staff’s vileness) I was finally able to get the report. Needless to say, I'm not coming back. Confusion in the office! My doctor scheduled my appointment in January. He sent the script electronically. I received a call from BRI 3 days before the test to confirm and given instructions for the day of the test. I show up 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment. I give them my name and I’m asked “what are you here for? Shouldn’t there be a list with my name. Then they ask for my Medicare card and tell me to sit down. Another office worker called me back and asked for the script, I don’t have it it was sent to you electronically, I’m told “we don’t have it go sit down again.l They were finally able to contact my doctor and get his authorization. They call me to prepare for the test and I ask for my card back. Well, I’m told by a third office worker she returned it to me and I should “check my pockets”. No you never gave it back, my cards always get put in the same place in my wallet. Now I have six office staff with no clue where my information is. They are looking under their key boards, daaa. How about you MISS Placed it, or it’s in someone else’s file because you all are so disorganized. The office management is out of control. Been going here for years, but recently the service has changed! Use to be able to get an appointment within a week. Use to be able to get someone on the phone. I need an MRI of the knee. I was set up with an appointment in August. Someone calls me telling me the MRI was down (or needed upgrades). They kept changing my days and hours. Now they're forcing me to go to the office on 5th avenue instead of 4th avenue (not even sure if they have an open MRI). I called the main number, both Friday and Saturday, no one picks up! I missed the appointment, last week. The receptionist gets nasty with me, acting like I canceled or missed 5 times, telling me she was gonna charge me. Very polite and amiable staff. Jessica was there for every step. Loved her, will refer all my colleagues. Will ltake ve to see flavor or lemon water while I waited, but maybe that’s something you’ll work on. Thank you again for the great service
They were friendly from scheduling my appointment to the end. The waiting time wasn’t so bad, but I went on a weekday around lunch time. Office itself seems really nice and reception crew too.

My PCP sent a referral to this Centre and asked me to choose the address, which fit to me and make an appointment. I called to this office 3 times and different assistans just hanged up!!! Is this office treating all their clients like me?! Bad experience. No any desire to have a deal with them!
I was running late. I called the office to ask whether it’s ok or if I should reschedule. They said it’s fine. When I arrive, the tech wouldn’t take me because he’s already behind. So if I were on time I would have had to wait but now the tables have turned and he won’t take me. Terrible experience. Can I give less than 1 Star?
Yesterday I had a pet scan done at this facility and had a very very bad experience, the technician left me in a room for more than 1 hour, without checking even once to see if I was dead or alive. He was very rough while removing the needle of my arm I BEGGED him to be gentle...I had tests done at the Coney Island facility and was sure to receive the same treatment and kindness from the staff at this location.
