I’m so happy and pleased with my services at this office. I’ve had two implants done and each visit went so smoothly, I’d highly recommend Dr. Robert Pulliam to everyone in search of a new implant specialist! He’s the absolute best!!!

I was referred to Dr. Pulliam by my dentist for a gum graft. Overall I had a good experience with him and his staff. They were very responsive whether I contacted them via phone or email. Dr. Pulliam was thorough in his assessment of my gums and carefully explained what my problem areas were and the best way to treat them. On the day of my surgery, everything was on time, and I was treated with the utmost care. The only criticism I have is that I wish I was given better direction on how to handle my Invisalign trays during recovery. Or at the very least been made aware that I would not be able to wear them due to the putty they put in your mouth to cover the incision site. I was told during the initial consult that if I have the surgery done in the middle of my Invisalign treatment, that I just would resume my Invisalign treatment like normal after the surgery but that’s not the quite the case. If you can’t wear the trays for a few days, your teeth move back and your trays don’t fit anymore. In the end everything worked out for me, gum graft healed amazingly well and I finished by Invisalign without major delays. Would advise anyone who is in a similar situation to keep your orthodontist in the loop during your procedure and hold on to those old trays in case you have to go back and wear them! Positive experience from the beginning! The environment is calming, clean, and relaxing. Each person I encountered went out of their way to welcome me as a new patient and make me feel comfortable. I’m a patient of Dr. Pulliam, and I’m in the middle of the process to get an implant. I found the doctor and the staff to be professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They are also friendly, kind, and empathetic, which really means a lot to me. Also the office keeps up with following up on appointments and post-procedure check-ups. I have a horrible fear of having needles and dental instruments being in my mouth. They are completely understanding and caring. They made me feel much better about being there. Dr. Robert Pulliam and his entire staff work miracles. They are so compassionate and extremely good at what they do. I had a very traumatic fall in 2012. I broke half of my front tooth so a crown was placed on it. Over time, the tooth fractured more until it was not salvageable. I was referred to Dr. Pulliam and was terrified on how it would look. He did such an amazing job, you can't even tell I have a temporary tooth until the healing is complete. Not only does it look great, but they put me at complete ease. From the consultation to the procedure this office does an unbelievable job! Dr. Pulliam's assistants are top-notch. They've perfected the process of getting patients ready and handed-off [to the physician]. For procedures that are a new or are not customary [to the patient] the care and coordination is greatly appreciated. As far as the physician's concerned, Dr. Pulliam, I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and skill. I, also, really appreciated the personal follow-up call he made at 7:30PM last night. I'd met with another Periodontist before stopping by Dr. Pulliam's office. After their consultation, I knew their office was the best for me. I was referred to Dr. Pulliam after I went to a dentist about a lump in my gums that has been causing me severe pain. My appointment with Dr. Pulliam lasted about fifteen minutes. They took a picture of the bump with a Nikon camera, asked me a few questions, decided that the bump was due to overcrowding of my teeth and referred me to an orthodontist for braces. This “consult” cost roughly 200 dollars. I then sought out an orthodontist on my own because I wanted someone in my insurance network. My orthodontist saw the bump and immediately questioned why I thought braces could fix the problem. I told him about my experience with Dr. Pulliam and he seemed confused and shocked that they didn’t even take an x-ray and he - the orthodontist- said it was unlikely a problem to be resolved by braces. Because the orthodontist sensed I was frustrated by being referred to countless specialists he made sure to get a 3-D X-ray the same day and he himself analyzed it, and we found it was an extra tooth growing inside of my gums. So essentially the orthodontist did the job the periodontist was supposed to have done. Instead of getting braces, I will get the tooth taken out by an oral surgeon. Had I and a more ignorant orthodontist trusted Dr. Pulliam’s recommendation, I would have wasted thousands on braces and would still have been living with this pain. Always get a second opinion. I have had the privilege to have Dr Pulliam perform two tooth extractions and one implant. I was referred for the oral surgery from my regular dentist and could not be happier. Dr Pulliam and his staff are the epitome of professionalism and caring service. His care and concern for my health and well being was evident throughout the process. I will recommend him to friends and family without reservation.

I am someone who is TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. It's not the actual Doctor it's the experience. I was referred to Dr. Pulliam (same day). He saw me immediately after my regular dentist. I was needing a tooth extracted and I was sick, I was so nervous. I went in and was immediately greeted and worked with. I waited maybe 5 minutes and Jessica came to get me. She was wonderful, she was calm and helpful. She asked me a lot of questions to kind of deter my attention. By the time Dr. Pulliam was in there he was ready to go. He made sure I was all numbed up before anything. If I felt the tiniest bit he made sure to put more anesthetic in there. As bad as getting an infected tooth out is, this was the BEST experience. I told them I wished they did regular dentistry. I actually told Jessica that I was sad I wouldn't be coming back. THAT is how AWESOME they were. I had a molar inplant put in my mouth by Dr. Pulliam. Every dentist and orthodontist I have seen call their staff members over to look at the tooth. My dentist have called him "an artist". Dr. Meister has been great, and he is very knowledgeable of the variety of options available when planning a new implant. However, it is their staff as a whole that has really amazed me. They are very understanding and informative on the financial obligations involved with these kinds of procedures, and take the time to make sure you are comfortable with everything. They also go the extra mile in general, to help their patients. The person/friend I had designated to drive me home from my surgery had something come up last minute, and I suddenly did not have a ride home. Without missing a beat, they had one of their Patient Relations/Office Managers drive me home, pick up my prescriptions for me, and go over all the post-op instructions after the surgery. So far, it has been an awesome experience, and I am thankful for all their help!
