Robert W Queale

The office of Robert W. Queale and Michael J. Buckley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons was the worst experience I have ever had at the dentist. I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth removed from them and they said that they would call the day before my appointment with the time to come in and instead called 3 days prior to confirm my appointment but didn’t tell me a time. I called them the morning of asking what time I was supposed to come in and they said I was a “no show” and the doctor might not treat me now when it was their fault for not telling me a time. I explained to the receptionist that I was never given a time and she was EXTREMELY rude not letting me speak telling me how they would never do anything like that and not tell someone a time for their appointment. I even told her how I understand if the woman who called made a mistake and forgot to give me a time and she kept shutting me down and not letting me speak. It also took me 3 hours of calling to make an appointment. These people NEVER answer the phones. I called 17 times one day to try to get a new appointment for my wisdom teeth before having someone answer. Some times they would answer and then hang up immediately. Once I got an appointment the receptionist told me that Robert Queale wanted to tell me “if I called one more time he won’t treat me”. Everyone in that office are nasty and disgusting individuals. He is arrogant with no compassion Don’t date your time or money!

My initial appointment was 6.30.21. My 1st surgery date was scheduled in July but immediately canceled by the office due to my doctor not approving till I made an appointment to get cleared. The next day I saw a doctor and was clear. I called to let them know but apparently no one got the new paperwork to fill out and send back. Conveniently it was faxed or emailed the day prior to my 7.16 appointment. Conflicting schedules set me up with another associate dr Baggaley on 8.20.21. 8.17 I received a call stating that dr baggaley surgery was moved to Monroeville office. Not happening. Next day I get a call from gbg office saying that I need to be there at 8 am on 8.21,21. In the meantime I lost my job in July and asked for cobra info so I could keep my appointment. Nothing until I checked 8.19.21 to see that my dental insurance was canceled on 8.13.21. Thus canceling another surgery. No one Ever called me back from the greens burg office. Don’t let this happen to you. I also had a supplement insurance from the state that wasn’t even used. I sit in pain and have no more antibiotics. I am worried about the infection and my sugar associated with it. I don’t understand why this happened to me. But I am not staying silent. This is what happened. Scott electric was where I worked. Dr. Queale explained himself very thoroughly about the procedure of getting my wisdom teeth takin out. Also is a very nice guy. 8/25/21 was the first day/time meeting him and he made me feel more comfortable and relaxed than any other Doctor ever has. 12/10 would recommend to anyone!!

Amazing and painless tooth extraction. It hurt so little, and he got it out so fast that I was shocked to hear he was done. Before today I was terrified of getting another tooth extracted. The one I got at aspen dental was the most painful experience of my life. For some perspective, I boxed and wrestled most of my life. Wrestled 5 matches in the state tourney with a freshly broken nose. That pain didn't compare to my tooth extraction from aspen dental. Queale somehow made it painless and quick. Couldn't be happier. He was so certain in his ability to make it painless that he calmed me down. Poked fun at me for how anxious I was the whole time(I deserved it.) ???? but yeah, dudes a pro. Raised 7 kids & took them to the same dentist for over 20 years & was referred by that dentist...I have dental insurance which covered 80% of this procedure for my son...I pay the difference. Handed them a credit card accepted by most all medical practices across the country & they didn't take that card. Never called me to explain their payment requirements prior to the appointment..Refused to do the surgery after drugging my son with the pre- surgery meds. Very POOR Business & Medical practices. Raised 7 kids & took them to the same dentist for over 20 years & was referred by that dentist...I have dental insurance which covered 80% of this procedure for my son...I pay the difference. Such a great doctor. listened to all my questions and made me forget my fear of dentists. So happy my dentist recommended him to me. He is GREAT!
