So I’ve been coming here over a year now and I honestly didn’t want to review because I didn’t want y’all booking up all the slots ????. But they are great, the whole staff. The chiropractor is hands on and amazing. The only downside is a that they don’t take my insurance, but my FSA pays for it and it’s not to bad otherwise.

I have always felt Dr. Richards is a top notch doc and I personally respond really well to his treatment. I have been adjusted and cared for by many chiropractic physicians and he is one of the best, and I should know as I am a chiropractor myself.

Dr Bob Richards has been practicing chiropractic treatment for about 30+ years and has been very consistent & professional with his practice. He’s an amazing human being who’s dedicated to HELP/SERVE so many clients in the community. He has a genuine concern for people who needs his help! He’s also an incredible drummer of the band “The Toyz!” And am an avid fan for years! God bless you always!???????? The receptionist is rude and refuses to let you speak. She needs home training before using the telephone again.

“Dr. Bob” Richards is top-notch. Mom is 92 and she is without neck pain after two treatments. Now working on her back/legs to improve her walking. He is experienced, easy to talk with and very professional. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Bob! Out front, handling the scheduling and financials, Tamara, is top-notch as well. She’s always helpful and explains the business side of things as well as knowledgeable and helpful in the exam room. She always has a smile and kind words! Most sincerely recommend!

I've had a lot of success seeing Dr. Bob. I've found Dr. Bob to be extremely educated and attentive to my needs. Since I started going to him regularly I've noticed huge changes in my general health as well. I started going initially to help relieve some back pain, but noticed huge positive changes in my general health as well. I had suffered from bronchitis for years, and haven't had it since I've been seeing Dr. Richards. I'm fond of his staff as well Tamara and Lexi are very kind, always pleasant, and very knowledgeable as well. I've been fortunate that Dr. Bob does work on payment plans when needed too. Medical staff is fantastic. Dr. Richards is super nice and great at what he does. The problem is the accounting department. I was billed for a treatment that they were suppose to bill to my insurance and after a lot of back and forth I ended up paying them. A couple years down the road I got a letter from a collection agency saying I never paid them and then shortly after that a lawsuit slapped against me. No attempt had been made to address the matter of my alleged missed payment with me directly despite the fact that my contact info hadn't changed in 4 years. dr. bob is the best chiro in town. Has helped with my back and hip pain for years. Ive tried all the others in the area, but his old fashioned treatment helps me the most.

Dr. Bob always does an excellent job getting me realigned and feeling great! Tammy is always prompt in getting you in as soon as possible. Glad they are here in town and you should have no reservation about seeing him.

Very relaxing office! The Dr was very knowledgeable and does a soft tissue massage before her adjusts you which I really enjoyed! I hobble into his office with back issues and am no longer in the pain I was really looking forward to my future adjustments here!

He is the only Chiropractor I will go too tried 3 others and they were terrible Bob has stopped my spasms and has made it so I don't have to worry about loosing work, because I cant get up. He is amazing I would be in a lot of pain without him, he has changed my life!

I called around looking for a chiropractor that was Webster Certified specifically to turn my breech baby. Bailey the receptionist asked the chiropractor, and they were not Webster Certified. I moved on calling other clinics, then received a call back from Bailey. She asked more about it to see what she could do. About 30 min later she called back with information for a midwife who might be able to help me. I haven't been to their practice, but surely this amazing service is not just limited to phone calls.
