I made an appointment over three months ago I was informed Dr Smith does Botox sound the full face when I got in there he informed me he only did around the eyes I was extremely upset my mouth gets deformed and I can't drink, eat or swallow or what I'm I suppose to do now you can't get an apt with another Dr it takes 3 months what I'm I suppose to do this isn't right I should had been informed he only did the shots around the eyes I'm extremely upset I will NEVER go back to DR Smith EVER. Dr Smith and his staff are always friendly and efficient. I’ve gone to him for years. He is thorough and careful, and when unusual things come up, he didn’t hesitate to send me for an ultrasound with a specialist. Besides that, I like him and his nurse!

I have seen Dr. Smith 3 times now, the first time he found a hole in my retina that he referred to a retina specialist to be fixed. Absolutely no complaints, smart, nice guy; generous with his time. Everyone else in his practice (in my limited experience) has also been great.

The doctors are pretty good but the staff is horrible unprofessional rude don't know what they're doing specially Gloria at the front desk .I tried to tell her how to put in my insurance because she said she couldn't find me and she said no this how wr do it and the doctors assistant was very unprofessional and rude

Had to wait for 25 minutes from my appointment time to be taken to exam room. After dilating my eyes, waited another 20 minutes for Dr. Smith. He is very good and took plenty of time with me. Answered all my questions.

Dr. Smith has been our family ophthalmic surgeon for many years. He has removed cataracts for both of my parents and myself; my left eye most recently, and does an excellent job listening to our concerns, caring for us as people, and helping us see better! He also recently prescribed glasses that resolved my Mom's double vision, so she has no more trouble. We highly recommend Dr. Robert E. Smith! (1/17/23)

I had to leave. I had been there a hour and a half needed to pick up my granddaughter from school there was no one else. And I was very very upset because if my type of stroke I had. I had all the testing, now I have to due all over again and wait again to see Dr. It took over 8 weeks after my stroke to even get an appointment. Plus if your vision problems are. The staff was great, helpful, and patient.

I like the care and demeanor. His office staff are efficient and helpful. Four stars on this last appointment because after the nurse was done, I waited almost 30 minutes before Dr. Smith came in. Usually I only wait 10 to 15 minutes when they are busier than it appeared to be on this appointment.

The front desk staff at this facility are very welcoming and friendly. When I scheduled the appointment I was desperate if this will be soon during the same week overwise I couldn't make it I was running out of my time off work being the last week, she said let me look carefully, she found an opening the following day. The only reason I give 4 stars is more about the wait time and craziness going on the last time I went to see Dr. Smith. But that's not really his fault, and it seemed to be mainly because people were calling in with more emergency type situations and the facility was attempting to take every case.. Which is good, but my appointment was for 9:50 and I didnt leave until close to noon. I also had to sit in the lobby with my disposable glasses while my eyes dilated because no rooms were available. On to the good! I've been to see Dr. Smith twice now and he himself has always been great. Even when dealing with the pressure of so many appointments in one day, he did genuinely try to take his time with me and check my eyes thoroughly. Hes always been very nice and has always tried to educate me and been totally open to me calling in again if I run into any further issues. He is a great option for an eye doctor if you need one.
