I feel disgusted. Literally came in the room, saw me for a few seconds, was rushing me, went away, did not answer questions or explain condition. I did not get instructions on how to use the prescription, what to expect.

Best dermatologist I ever had. I suffer from psoriasis and Dr Snyder has been the only One to actually been able to keep it under control and he is definitely the most knowledgeable Dr I seen in my 30 plus years of dealing with my skin condition. I have been seeing Dr. Snyder for years. He is always professional and both he and his PA are very thorough checking for areas of concern. I’ve had many removed and thank God, so far, always benign. I highly recommend him. His front office staff is very sweet also….hard to find both these days!

Dr Snyder and his staff are very friendly, courteous and very attentive. Answering any of your questions and concerns, you may have, and always keeping you well informed. I would recommend you give him a visit !

I was very hesitant to become a patient, due to all the negative online reviews (3.1 out of 5!), but I was pleasantly surprised! I needed UVB Light therapy, & had my Oncologist not raved about the successful outcome of his other referrals, I would have found another doctor. I was in, & out, in 1.25 hours. The staff was friendly, & even showed me the apparatus that would be used in my treatments. Dr. Synder was very attentive to detail, & even found new spots I hadn’t found yet. I think they must have seen/heard about all the negative online reviews, and have since made substantial changes to correct their problems. I’m glad I kept my appointment.

Im a patient of Dr. Snyder for a few years, I just want to say that this office is terrible, I left messages nobody returns my phone call, is not the first time, I call they hang up the phone is just unacceptable.

I have a been a patient as well as my children for a few years now. I made An appointment last month to be seen yesterday with my children. Took half a day of work. Registered online. But was not seen because my children were not on the appointment list till next week. Apparently due to Covid families cannot come with more than one child. Which was never explained to me. Also causing me to have to take 2 half days of work. The office was not willing to split my kids in two rooms. They did nothing to help the situation. I picked up my things and left. I am now looking for a new Dr. I don’t mind that both kids need to be seen separately but I wish I knew this ahead of time. I would of made the RIGHT accommodations. The office manager didn’t even come talk to me she sent the front desk clerk who was nice she it’s not her job. I won’t be going back to this office and I hope they get their act together. I have been a patient of Dr Snyder for 18 years. Him, Ondene and Adrianna are so knowledgeable. If no one else knows what is wrong with you, come see them! They give thorough exams and give you time to ask questions. Always satisfied!

There's a reason why this guy gets only three stars. I waited on hold for 12 minutes just to make an appointment, in spite of several electronic assurances that I was "caller #1 in the queue", but they never picked up, and after reading others' reviews, I hung up. My son and I are both patients of Dr. Snyder. The office is always helpful and kind. They get us in right away whenever possible. The wait time to me is not that long (even with my toddler) and we are usually in and out within an hour and half. The doctor is great and has helped us with all our issues. I trust him!

Scheduled an appointment a month in advance as a new patient. Showed up 15 minutes early for a 9:30am appointment with the new patient paperwork completely filled out and provided ID cards. After waiting 40 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be. I was told we were "next in line" and there was a room open. 15 minutes later, two different patients were called back. When I asked what happened to being next in line, I was told the information was still being entered into the chart and a different nurse still had the information, so we couldn't go back yet. An hour past the scheduled appointment time, we walked out, with about 15 people waiting in the waiting room. Some reviews here say it's good to have a full waiting room. That's laughable. If you can't get your sh*t together and enter new patient information into a chart WHEN YOU HAVE 6 FULL-TIME FRONT DESK WORKERS SITTING AROUND GOSSIPING during the hour after the appointment time was originally scheduled, you don't have a good full-waiting room problem. You have a real problem where the staff members are inept and you'll be required to waste hours of your time. Perhaps that's fine if you're retired and have nothing else to do with your life, but when your time is important to you, it's not ok. If you have a real dermatologic issue, I'd highly suggest taking your business elsewhere to a place that actually provides quality and timely service. Dr Snyder is a superb dermatologist. Help us with our son's eczema greatly. However the problem with being a superb dermatologist is you get way to many appointments. We have never came here and waited less then a hour. It's always over a hour. He's worth the wait, but be ready to wait.

I have been seeing Dr. Snyder for over three years. He is an OUTSTANDING doctor. He is professional and thorough with his exams. His medical assistant Gema is kind and caring as well as his PA. I highly recommend him!!!

After MOHS surgery, nurse couldn't find her glasses but removed my stitches...or so I thought. Two days later a pimple appeared and I went back. Dr says oops that is the end of the sutures. Tries to remove but its where the knot is . Oh don't worry it will dissolve in time. I still have a bump 2 years later. One week later the back of my neck is itchy, can't see it ,go back in to office , apparently there was stitches where they did a graft for the MOHS surgery. The assistant scrapped them off,didn't understand why they weren't removed! Its like being in a cattle car...next..! Some patients are writing reviews about a crowded waiting Room. You should have a concern when the waiting room is not crowded it's crowded because he is an amazing doctor. I have had major cutting on my face and other places and most of them you cannot even see he does an amazing job. I have been to multiple doctors prior with scars and marks from all they did. Worst doctor's experience I've ever had. Saw him for almost 7 years for acne, every visit was at least 90 minute wait for a 5 minute visit with him. My last few appointments convinced me that he has the staff overbook him on purpose just to make money. Finally found a real doctor that cares enough to look over every possible problem that could cause my acne to resist treatment. Will never go back again. Worst doctor's experience I've ever had. In my case the staff was very exact with the diagnosis to an early basal carcinoma.

Horrible office! Over 1.5 hr wait for scheduled appointment! Everyone was complaining this is the norm. Unconcerned staff. Loud crowded waiting room. Will not be going back many other dermatologist in the area

This office did not disclose pertinent information to prevent a first time patient visit from booking appointment and having to cancel it. This is extremely disappointing and no exception was made even after calling in advance and explaining. I mentioned that I was referred by a patient that knows one of the specialist. Also completed the paperwork in advance. This to me is not acceptable. In a more professional and unified manner the office staff should see that I was making an effort to explain the situation - a better decision could have been made and a new patient wouldn't be impacted. Disclosure of first patient visits and any guidelines and/or do's and dont's should not be left to assumption. Furthermore the language in patient packet says parent OR legal guardian can accompany minor. Also the auth HIPAA was signed giving consent to speak to the legal guardian - which in fact was minutes away from being at the actual office and early enough to work this all out. This was not handled in the best manner and frankly the patient is at a loss which is my son - because if this was handled poorly than how would other matters be handled. Waited an hour and left. There were people waiting when I got there, they were still waiting there when I left. No apology from staff. Wont go back. Don't go here unless you are retired and have nothing better to do than wait at the Dr.

Dr. Snyder was brilliant! I felt that he cured me just with his gentle touch! He quickly diagnoses my mysterious rash that no one else could figure out, and one week later it's gone! He didn't put me through expensive tests but knew right away from his many years of experience! Dr. Snyder with Riverchase Dermatology is THE doctor you want to see for complex skin conditions. After seeing him 3 times, I’ll never go anywhere else. Ive seen specialist after specialist regarding my HS and each time was told it was cystic acne. Dr. Snyder is brilliant and while a little dry, is incredibly kind and focused. Long waits at his office, but well worth it for his level of expertise. Definitely recommend the weston location.

I visited Dr. Snyder 2-3 times. He barely spent 5 minutes with me during each visit, except when I had a small surgery, which was by far a nightmare. He practically butchered me without anesthetic (it had worn out by the time he was ready) and left me a huge 3" scar. And all, to take out a small cancerous mole no larger than a pencil eraser. I've had major surgeries and the doctors were careful to leave minimal scars. You would think a 'dermatologist' would want to prevent or minimize scars.
