I called Dr. Theaskston's office to scheculd an appointment and I was wonder that his "POLICY" is: - first you need to send your records for him to see if he will be able to help you according your records!" what kind of family doctor is him? I am wonder how a doctor, graduate in medicine can discriminated the patients like that. Then i advice my Health Insurance to disqualified him because discrimination is a crime. The staff is very bad also, to ladies who answer the phone hanged the phone in me. Then, really do not recommend this clinic! My care at this clinic is always professional and educational. Dr Theakston listens to you and pursues referrals if needed. I’m a Retired nurse practitioner and I feel very comfortable at this clinic. The staff is courteous, prompt and helpful.

dr theikson has been my doctor for about 10yrs.he is very thorough. he actually talks and listens to his patients. best doctor I've ever had.i highly reccomend him

He was SO rude to me. Sucks at a doctor and doesn’t listen to you. DO NOT go him.

Dr. Theakston has been my Dr for almost 10 years and I think he is great. Have recommended him to many friends and family.

Dr. Theakston has been my family doctor for about 8 years now. I've never been to another doctor in this town that is more caring and compassionate about his patients. He don't just rush you through like most and he don't overbook to a point that he can't take time to stop and thoroughly explain what you need or don't need, and always takes the time to answer any questions you may have. He's not like most other area doctors that just load you down on medications either. He's willing to give you what's necessary and can help you get off of what's not. Overall he's a great doctor and you find a better medical staff either. If you need a family doctor I highly recommend him and his staff. I was misdiagnosed 2x by Dr theakston. I had agonising abdominal pain. Wednesday he said I had flu Friday he decided I was constipated. After going to ER, I was diagnosed with life threatening mysenteric Blood clot. I rarely saw him, usually nurse practitioners. He doesn't examine patients, just talks....

Dr.Theakston is an excellent professional family practitioner and always delivers very thorough examinations and advice to treat any ailment which may be causing health problems by using equipment on site. Recently while in our local hospital as a result of the flu, he convinced me that he is more than capable as a family practioner and I realized how blessed we are to have his expertise as an excellent doctor. I highly recomend him and the clinic.

My wife and I had an exceptional new patient experience at Dr. Theakston's office. The front desk staff was friendly, competent and organized. Nurse Tonya lead us through the interview process in a careful and thoughtful manner just before Dr. Theakston followed up on our progress. We had been with our prior physician for 29 years, yet we felt at home at his office immediately and his concentration to our concerns were addressed, a few changes were made tailored for us improving our health.
