Dr Tufano is legit the best primary care dr! I have bad anxiety and he always makes me feels at ease and talks to me about how I’m doing besides the medical aspect! His bedside manner is THE best! My mom is. NOw going there as well Bc she’s seen how at ease he makes me and is never judgemental!!

This place is no good the office staff is terrible they don’t call you back about blood results, etc The phone rings forever when you call or you get answering machine during office hours.

Terrible doctor and an even worse staff! they are Rude, they don't return calls. Taking my family elsewhere. Just terrible!

Dr. T is a kind caring practitioner, who actually listens to what going on with you before making a diagnosis. He has always been attentive and thorough. Ever since he left the old practice, things have been a million times better. The staff at the old office we're not at all friendly. In the new office he has an entirely different staff and they are nice people. If you have not visited the Broadway office, don't be swayed by old reviews. Horrible Office staff! Stay away!

The worst office staff, not going back after 10 plus years.

This front office lady is the worst most unprofessional I've ever encountered totally rude and should be replaced. If u don't like doing ur job and can't do it professionally stay home!!!

Not happy with the office staff. I couldn't get an emergency appointment and ended up in the emergency room. No one calls back and the lady at the front desk is rude. I am switching to a new doctor immediately.

The most uncaring, unprofessional practitioner you will ever experience. This doctor allows his staff to talk down to his patients, hang up on them and yell at them. Does NOT return phone calls and does not follow up to make sure SICK patients are ok. He needs to be put OUT of practice.

LOVE Dr. Tufano...he takes his time, listens intently and is an excellent diagnostician. In contrast to the other reviews here...I have found Emily at the front desk and all the office staff to actually be pretty wonderful. Dr. T is the best doctor I have ever been to. He is extremely caring and has called me (and my family members) after seeing him to check on us and make sure we are okay. Additionally, his office staff is full of wonderful people who all remember your name and ask how you are doing. It is an extremely well functioning, efficient, friendly office in general. Doctor Tufano is the only doctor I will go to and trust, as he as treated me and kept me as healthy as possible for over 7 years. Dr. T is the best doctor I have ever been to.
