Dr Villalobos was thorough, patient, and answered all my questions. He made me feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional.

No long wait! I was out in about an hour!

I loved the quick preparedness in which I was checked in was checked in with the friendly staff and the doctor was so thorough I enjoyed The Visit and will continue to tell others about doctor velopos

Staff and providers are great. Never had an issue with anyone. Only downside is the waiting to be seen by providers. Understandably it is a busy clinic, but I’m elderly and depend on transportation from my family and sometimes they can’t wait that long. Do recommend this clinic though.

Dr Villalobos is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He does a thorough exam and takes time to answer all questions. I would recommend him to anyone who needs eye care.

I recently moved back to Las Cruces and needed an ophthalmologist and was accepted as a new patient at SEC. My doctor is Robert Villalobos and I could not be more content. He is very knowledgeable and reponsive to his patients. The staff are wonderful. I highly recommend SEC.

Good service, they take time to grade your vision, also they require to dilate my pupils to have an exam. They even get some pictures of my optic nerve. The process take some time so it really take about 2-3 hrs

So pleased with my eye exam yesterday. Very through and pleasantly surprised how detailed my exam was. Dr. Villalobos was complete in his explanation of my eye problems. Answered all my questions. Staff was great! Will be back next year!

They will robo call you from AZ. to make follow up appointments. What medical professional does that?! Not professional at all!!

horrible service, was never told of the exaggerated wait time in the office prior to the appointment....when arriving advised of a 3 hr. wait....RIDICULOUS! Horrible customer service. 3 hour wait for nothing and the doctor does not even answer patient questions or concerns.

I called and the woman on the phone was so rude. On top of that they don't help children that need to go to an opthalmologist. Disgusting for the community

The wait time is outrageous!! I understand he takes as much time as necessary with patients, but the receptionists do not have to be rude and condescending!! Other offices with Doctors who take that long do the screening and have patients return on 1 hour for the time with physicians. At least THEN the patient can plan accordingly. People have things to do and places to be!! As for the tHe receptionists. You represent the office and the whole establishment. There is no need to be rude and condescending. Your job is to represent in the best fashion. Stop being such a jerk!! Nobody needs your bad attitude when seeking any type of medical care.

Over a two hour wait to see the doctor for 7 minutes! Unacceaptable for people in their mid nighties!
