He clearly told me what I was doing at work caused my issue, yet when asked to submit info to claims adjuster, he stated it was not the cause. He was refered by work comp nurse, he obviously works for work comp insurance.

He's the worst doctor I've ever had. He did nothing for my ear infection...I even knew what he should do and when I asked him he just shook his head and said no. I then went to my GP and they did what needed to be done!
