Hands down thee BEST dentist office I have ever been to. Dr Garceau and team not only helped me get over my fear of "the dentist" but I absolutely LOVE going to my visits. The staff is knowledgeable and uses state of the art equipment, ALL of her staff members are empathetic, efficient, helpful, eager to assist and the list goes on and on! It was very relaxing and everyone made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Garceau is the best dentist in the state of Connecticut. If I lived anywhere else she would be the best there also. Dr Garceau is extremely informative and her work is precise. I had visits with other doctors in my years but no other doctor measures up to her or her team. The front office is punctual and that energy transfers to the back of the office where magic of the assistants, hygienist, and Dr Garceau is divine. Went there for sleep apnea issue. Actually enjoyed my visit. All the staff was friendly and very helpful and professional. Dr Garceau was very informative and if they were closer I would change dentist and I love my dentist

Dr. Garceau and Stephanie (along with the rest of the staff, too!) are exceptional! If you have sleep apnea and need an oral appliance for treatment instead of a CPAP, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Garceau. I’m so glad I was referred to her practice. She is very thorough and cares about your overall comprehensive health, not just your teeth. They truly go above and beyond to prove quality service. Many people don’t like going to the dentist but I look forward to my appointments, I get top notch care and everyone there is so pleasant to interact with. Dr. Garceau and her team are absolutely wonderful to work with. I’ve had issues with dentists in the past and due to that I’ve been neglecting my teeth until I had to make a visit. Since then I’ve been working with Dr. Garceau to getting back on track and it has been a breeze. Every visit no matter if it’s just a checkup or a procedure has felt like seeing a friend. When you visit you’re greeted warmly and kept informed throughout the whole process. I’ve never felt any pain coming out of there. I truly feel blessed to know what a good dentist is like. She and her staff are very professional but at the same time very personable. Whenever I go I have great conversation. Coming here you can notice and appreciate the time and work Dr. Garceau has put into her practice to make it truly the greatest dental office in our area. Excellent experience. Professional and compassionate staff.

Went to see her with aching molars. She suggested I may need a night time bite guard. I was skeptical but it really helps!

This was only my initial consultation, but everyone in the office seemed friendly and helpful. The doctor herself was warm and informative about my needs. And I have decided to continue going to this office for my current needs.

Roberta and her staff are amazing. They took me in as a last minute emergency and made me feel comfortable all the way through the process of a root canal and crown. NOT AN EASY THING TO DO! Thank you Doctor Garceau!

DR ROBERTA GARCEAU has been my dentist for the past 15 years when I initially needed some bonding ( quite an artist she is) As a matter of fact she is the only doctor I have been seeing for the past 15 years regularly. Her knowledge and experience has notice indicators of Sleep Apnea and recommended, a home study kit ( she told me the condition of one's mouth tells its own medical story) turns out I had a server advanced case of SLEEP APNEA resulting me being woken up 60 times an hour (not sleeping at all) correcting this practically saved my life. Using the CPAP machine I have lost over 50 lbs by just being able to get proper sleep, it was really amazing for my overall health, Outside of this she referred me to at least 2 other doctors from other indicators from inspecting my mouth over the years to be sure and safe I didn't had any underlying conditions developing. Dr. Garceau is an incredible dentist. I was very thankful for having found her and her staff over 12 years ago. She is very professional and personable, highly proficient, utilizes the latest technology and "always" puts her patients first. What is equally amazing is that the characteristics of Dr. Garceau's entire staff are very similar to her own. Whenever my wife and I go to the office, we are always put at ease and they all make us feel as though we are part of the family. I've been going to Dr.Garceau and her team from around 25 years. I've never had a negative experience. Dr. G is very professional yet gives herself and her team the freedom to let their great personalities shine. It takes a confident boss to be able to do that. Best Dentist I've had. My first appointment Dr. G sat and talked with me and asked me what I expected from her and her team. Never been asked that from any other doctor. It was first time visiting and I felt right at home. The entire staff is very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this dentist and her team.

My first interaction with Dr Garceau was 3 years ago, New Years Eve after i lost a molar filling hours before my daughter’s wedding. The closest Dentist office was doing the work and I felt I was being raked over the coals by that office. I called my brother Marco and he advised I call his Dentist (i wasn’t a patient and I was asking about options when I got back to Windsor). I got her cell phone and on New Year’s, she gave me an explanation that got me through my emergency. Remember, I’m not a patient, it’s New Year’s Eve and I’m trying to lower the bill I have for necessary services. I got the necessary work done by that other Dentist but did the big stuff with Dr Garceau. Shortly thereafter, I went into her office and had work done. Items were well explained. I had avoided Dentists like the plague, so I had a litany of work that needed to be done. The staff coordinated and prioritized my work, utilizing my Dental Benefits to gauge what could or couldn’t be done in the Year with a strategy to avoid out of pocket expenses where possible. To top things off, she has a military appreciation day (I’m a Marine) where upon signing up for my time slot, she did one of my cavities free of charge. The entire staff is ridiculously friendly, professional and helpful, whether answering questions about treatments, services or finances. I’m not going to lie and say I love going to the Dentist, but I love the relationship I have with Dr Garceau and her entire staff. Nice people, but questionable practices. Seem to care more about money than anything. I was misled about my coverage and what the cost of services would be after asking specific questions. Then when billed felt like I was being shaken down.

The best dentist and staff I've ever experienced. I suffer from a lot of dental anxiety. The staff at this office, everyone from Dr. Garceau, the hygienists (Lisa), assistants (Stephanie and Polly), front desk staff (Terry) and finance manager (Samantha) have absolutely exceeded my expectations every time I've visited or interacted over the phone. World-class environment. Other dentists could stand to learn a few things from this office. I was never solicited by anyone there to write a review, I just wanted to give this review for others that may have dental fears and anxiety and may be searching for a new dentist, or anyone for that matter. Pros: The staff are polite and friendly, the facilities and equipment are up-to-date, and all the dental work they've done for me has turned out very well. Overall, I'm happy with this office and plan to continue seeing them. Cons: Everyone is subtly but constantly pressuring you to opt for expensive procedures (e.g. Invisalign). More frustratingly, they have twice given me procedures that my insurance considers cosmetic, and they didn't mention that I'd have to pay hundreds of dollars extra.

Amazing staff. Highly competent and personable

I have a huge fear of dentists. Dr. Garceau has such a great quality about her. Not only fixed my TMJ issues, but makes every 6 month appointment a good one. Now my whole family see her, even my brother drives from the Connecticut shoreline to her practice. My parents had gone through so many dentists trying to convince them to spend money to get work done they don't need. Now they drive down from New Hampshire to see this honest practice.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Garceau and I'm extremely impressed. I met with both her and Stephanie and I love them both, they are both very warm, personable and compassionate. My wait time was under 5 minutes, the office is beautiful and the staff is great. I have teeth that need a lot of treatment, unfortunately, but she explained everything and I feel confident that she will do her best to take care of my needs. Very happy with my decision to switch dentists.

I am no longer afraid of the dentist everyone in her office was fabulous
