During my visit for my gum graft, Dr. Rogge and his dental team were great. However, today I am displeased with his accounting and support team. I called to re-establish contact with the office, and the receptionist Beth Anne was very short and impolite with me while I called to set up to pay the remaining balance this Friday. My mother also spoke with Financial Coordinator, Shannon Caddell who laughed when she mentioned that my grandmother had a stroke and displaced due to COVID-19. She also said that "COVID-19 was so long ago", which is unacceptable and distasteful. There are currently 447K cases and 5,739 deaths related to COVID-19 here in Virginia, and as a public health professional, I can assure you that is not long ago. Dr Rogge is an excellent dentist. His front staff, receptionist and financial coordinator, not so much. I was floored to learn the COVID views of the financial coordinator, Shannon. According to her in an one sided, rude and unprofessional conversation, she chuckled as she stated that COVID was so long ago....it doesn't feel long ago when my father-in-law passed from COVID. Although I am bothered, I'll assume the current state of OUR COUNTRY as an excuse for Shannon behavior and hard of hearing for Beth Ann screaming on the phone. Dr. Rogge is the best Periodontist in the area. I always enjoy talking with the friendly and professional staff. The Office is super clean and I love how they always are on schedule.

Dr. Rod Rogge and staff are the best! I recently completed periodontal implant treatment preformed by Dr. Rod Rogge. From comprehensive diagnosis through extractions, bone graphs and implant placements my care and treatment were excellent... superb anesthesia and surgical techniques, as well as post op care... and timely coordination with Dr. Rutledge for the final prosthodontics treatment. All members of his staff were professional, caring, friendly and informative... pleasant to be in their care. Speaking from experience, as I am a retired dentist, his dentistry is top-of-the line! Dr. Rogge, is the best periodontist I have ever been to. He makes sure your are comfortable and extremely good at what he does. His work is exceptional. I trust him with my health. His staff is wonderful as well. My hygenist Judy is wonderful and make sure she does a thorough job..
