Very personable and cares about his patients.

We have been at the practice for over 20 years. I have never been anything less than 100% satisfied! Never a wait any longer than 5 or 10 minutes in the waiting room. A few times we have waited a little longer in the exam room but Dr. Elofson has always apologized for the wait and I never mind because I’ve been on the other side where I was that worried momma that needed a little more time and he always gave it. My girls love him; he always takes time with them and expresses interest in them as people (how’s school, what’s your favorite/least favorite subject, my oldest is never without a book so he asks about what she’s reading and offers suggestions for other books she might like.) We don’t know Dr. Perillioux or Fakouri as well but we have had only positive experiences with them as well (we have not had a visit with Dr. Cook.) It is very easy to get appointments at convenient times. It will be a sad day for us when my girls are too old to continue seeing him. We have been at the practice for over 20 years. Love this group of doctors. They treated my kids and are now treating my grandchildren. Appointments on Saturdays and Sundays are life savers when you have a sick child. Highly recommend!

I always go here for any vaccinations. Staff is friendly, caring, timely, and polite. Would recommend any day!

Staff and doctors are amazing. Facility is nice. The only time our appointment was late was because we were late.

I highly recommend this pediatric group. From extended hours, open on the weekends, on site pharmacy, I couldn't brag more. The doctors are old fashioned and not glued to a computer. They all take the time to sit down and listen to your thoughts/ concerns.

We love all the doctors here. They take their time with you and listen to your concerns. Plus, seeing kids that need it on the weekend so you don't have to go to urgent care has been a huge help to us.

This clinic and specifically Roger Elofson has been our pediatrician for 19 years. We are on our 4th kid with him and his office has been serving our family all these years. Always the best care since day 1. Highly recommend them.

They have always treated all three of my children as if they were their own. I cannot think of one negative experience with any of the Doctors, nurses, or clerical staff. Was a time when i recommended Elofson and he is a good doctor. After most recent visit though for regular checkup I get an additional bill in the mail for $30. This is after my co-pay. I have tried to call to inquire why the extra bill and why it wasn't charged at the time of visit. Billing doesn't answer and has yet to return my call. I will pay their $30 so i don't have to fight credit issues but i will never again recommend them to other parents. Was a time when i recommended Elofson and he is a good doctor. Dr. Elofson is great! They always take us in at our appointment time; no long waits.

Fast and polite, with a nice waiting room for the kids and adults. I've been a patient here for many years and the doctors here really care about their patients.

My daughter is almost a year. My niece is 12 and has seen Dr. Elofson since birth. We have all had positive experiences with this office. I always get early morning appts and rarely wait anytime at all. The nurse always returns my calls with questions I have about minor issues. I love that they are available for saturday appts.

My wife was a patient of Dr. Elofson nearly from the time she was born, and our son has been going to him for 3 years now. We love all of the doctors and staff there, I can't speak for the other reviews but our experience has been wonderful. I have never witnessed any unprofessional behavior and everyone is treated with respect, waiting area is clean, wait time to be seen is adequate, there can be about a 5-10 min wait time once you get into a room but it's expected seeing that the doctor is doing his job. I went to him, asking specifically for a referral to a Pediatric Neurologist for my step daughter. We are all concerned she has had possible seizures. He talked down to me as he asked my occupation. I asked him if he was a seizure specialist. He replied "yes". I then asked "so you specialize with issues of the brain". He again replied "yes". It was unreal that I spent my day dealing with his silliness and was so unprofessional. I will say his staff was very nice. How unfortunate for them.

This office staff is as unprofessional and incompetent as they come. Although they advertise on their website that they accept LaChip Affordable—and we called them to confirm this before deciding to go with them—one day before our child’s wellness check-up for vaccinations, they called to tell us that they don’t accept Medicaid. We spent the next two days on the phone with Amy G., Lindsay, and Dawn Braud getting the run around, expecting us to do their jobs for them because they were unwilling to help a “Medicaid” kid. We then informed them that several of the insurance providers they claim to accept have no record of any current contracts with this practice. At each appointment, we spent 30 minutes or more waiting past our scheduled appointment time. Sadly, they just do not care about their patients and want nothing to do with any children they think are low-income. They're terrible at their jobs and no one in the office, not even the office manager, knows anything.
