Nope, No, and Nah! Walked in, and the pregnant receptionist has no customer service. Then, she proceeded to advise her peer that she wasn't in the mood to work! Stop putting people up front who have no customer service. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm. I had to wait 40 minutes. Had my co-pay refunded and left. Do better! Go somewhere else!

During COVID, I was unable to get into my usual gynecologist for a pressing issue within a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, I decided to go to Dr. Hill's office because they see people on short notice and you don't have to be a patient. I had good insurance at the time and instead of charging my insurance company for the visit, they forced me to pay an unreasonable amount for the visit, when I had no copay. They said they would reimburse me after my insurance paid them. They got paid twice. My insurance company paid them, like they are supposed to and I never got my money back, even after I complained. I really should have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. THEY COMMIT INSURANCE FRAUD! BEWARE!

UPDATE 2/7/23: Despite the issues I had with the staff previously, Dr. Hill is the OBGYN that every woman dreams of to make her pregnancy a great experience. He has always been wonderful and treated me with respect and today I left feeling safe and cared for. After seeing what else is out there, I am so happy to have switched back. I didn't recognized the staff from last year when I had issues and can say it has improved 100%. Looking forward to seeing everyone there again. Waited over an hour and a half and never saw anyone - had to completely cancel the appointment and no desire to reschedule. Apparently it was someone's 3rd day and they had no idea how to run my insurance.

I love the care and attention they give to their patients. It's more than worth the 1 hour drive. Carol is beyond amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and answered all questions I had. Dr. Hill is very down to earth and easy to talk to

Worst ob in the area. He pulled two placentas from my daughter when she delivered and lied about it. Is super disrespectful and don’t be black and say anything wrong about him he will tell you “You hate yourself” “You wanna take down a black man”

Would not recommend. I went to get some tests done and the Dr said my test results would be back within 5-10 business days and said they would call me. It’s been 5 weeks now and they never called me about my test results. I’ve called the office 5 times already and they just keep saying it’s “Pending” and the girl on the phone said it’s weird that I haven’t gotten my results back yet. The last gynecologist I went to always had my test results back within a week. Now I’ll have to find yet another gynecologist and go through the same tests I already had done here, because this place was no help at all! Staff is super friendly and Dr Hill is wonderful.

Staff very professional and nice. Dr. Hill told me everything that was going to be done and he told me as he was doing the procedures. Dr. Hill also had his medical assistant at his side the whole time.

He is a very good doctor he takes very good care of his patients, I had him for my son n now my daughter. I recommend ppl to go see him.

There is a lot to say. This place has something special. Dr. Hill along with his ENTIRE staff and NPs are in their own way a unique and special experience. 1st in this city we have an issue with doctors having ego issues that if you see anyone else for second opinions you get let go as a patient. Not this doctor. I needed to get in to be seen early in my pregnancy for issues but my previous OB refused to see me prior to 10 weeks no matter what. It was scary for me and the wonderful ladies at the front were very kind and understanding. There was no pressure for me to switch docs. I chose to switch because where can I find this kindness in the city? I have not seen it except here. In addition to doctor Hill and His his office staff, I have had the pleasure to meet both nurse practitioners Carol and Cynthia. They both are wonderful and took my life, and my unborn child's life serious as if I was their own family. I love it here. Positive reviews is all I can see amounting here. I met Cynthia who is a Nurse Practitioner at Associates of women’s health today and I couldn’t be more impressed. She went above and beyond, more than my previous OBGYN. She checked the normal annual exam things as well as basically a physical checking my neurological reflexes and my lungs and heart. She was so thorough and let me know exactly what she was going to do before she did it and calmed my nerves. I was so nervous before my appointment and I left feeling calm and relaxed. I’m blessed to have a provider that really shows they care about their patients. I am recommending the office as well as Cynthia nurse practitioner to everyone I know. I can’t say enough nice stuff about her she was just so friendly and calming. I appreciate you Cynthia!! The staff and Nurse Practitioner Cynthia are amazing. I completely felt super comfortable. I felt like I was in a very caring environment which I was explained what was going on and what to expect. worst practice i have ever been too!! The receptionist and staff are rude and the Phlebotomist is very rude as well. I have never felt more alone and unsafe in my life. They are not very welcoming.

Unfortunately I was looking for a new doctor.. Pictures can be deceiving the atmosphere was not what I expected.You park in the back of the parking lot which is fenced in and you go through a door that has a large iron gate.. Hallways in the building felt like you were in apartment complex with no windows in the lobby no windows in the examination rooms. I felt like I was in some sort of abortion clinic. I recently had an appointment at this office and the nurse practitioner that I saw was amazing !!!! She was very detailed she answered all of my questions! She took her time And made sure she found my baby heartbeat. The whole staff was great!! Can't believe i jus found this office

The doctor that you request you don't get and then they tell you they can't change doctors the male doctor that I seen came in and spoke 2 minutes and have not seen him my whole pregnancy if you're a woman of color they do not treat you right

We just moved to town and I decided to make an appointment here because they offered weekend hours. My appointment was at 3:30. I arrived promptly. I checked in, filled out my paperwork by 3:45. I didn’t get taken back to a room until 4:10. When I got back to the room I was asked to do a Urine sample. The garbage cans were over flowing with trash, the toilet seat was broke, bio hazard sticker was peeling off and the medical assistant couldn’t care less. I proceeded back to the room and undressed. I did have my two children with me. I was told the NP would only be a few minutes. I wanted until 5pm with no one checking in I finally said hello?! They said they’d be right with me. I waited another 10 minutes and eventually just walked out without even being seen. I told the receptionist of my experience and she had no sympathy, no apology for my 2 hour wait. There was absolutely ZERO respect of others time. Ive been watching almost 2 weeks for results she said would take 7 days. The first time I went in the didn't even get to see me because the lady never pulled my chart when I checked in. When I call to see if my results came the tone with the lady on the phone is a I don't care tone. Very dissatisfied with this office. They got me in quickly so I didn't mind waiting over an hour in the waiting room, and another half hour in a gown in a different room. Doctor Hill seemed nice but the staff was odd. No one could answer any question I had and kept passing it off on somewhere else. I called for my bloodwork/pap smear results and was immediately told that my results weren't back yet. I explained it had been 2 weeks and she said she would go look. She then came back on the phone asking if I was calling about a bill. I said, no, just the results. I was on hold for another 10 minutes and she came back and said everything looked good and they would have called me if anything was off. This surprised me because I am severely anemic and asked if my anemia was gone. The doctor (Hill) never knew what was going on and never remembered anything about my medical situations every visit I attended. He seems lost or unorganized like the rest of the staff. They never send/fax documents asked for by other specialist or doctors they would not release my medical history to me after 4 months of waiting for them to fax them to my new doctor as requested. They also did the wrong blood work on me and had to re do it the same day and acted like it was my fault. Just an awful experience for me and my first pregnancy. This is by far the WORST obgyn I have ever been to. I found out I was pregnant the day before Valentine’s Day and was able to get in the following Monday to confirm that I was in fact pregnant via ultrasound and urine test. Carol Holmes, who I believe is a nurse practitioner, is a woman I used to see at a different office and I actually left that office because of how she treated me and talked to me. When I had my first ultrasound, I was told that I wasn’t allowed to have a copy of the pictures and that they would do another ultrasound at my next appointment and frame it for me. Fast forward to the next appointment, I go in expecting another ultrasound and they tell me that they are not doing an ultrasound and that it would happen at the next appointment. I shrug it off and go to the next appointment, they still refuse to do an ultrasound and Carol Holmes actually tells me that they won’t do too many ultrasounds because the radiation hurts the baby. Now, I didn’t go to medical school, but it’s not hard to google and figure out that there is no harmful radiation in an ultrasound to the baby. So she lied to me to basically get me to shut up. I had other appointments in between these ones because I had been having really bad nausea and food aversions and headaches and I was told that this was all normal pregnancy symptoms and was basically just shut down any time I had a question. On top of this, both Carol Holmes and Dr. Hill both kept referring to my pregnancy as my second or third when this is in fact my first. It’s like they never even read the medical file at all. Any time I had a question, I was dismissed or interrupted to be told that I just need to power through my symptoms. I was having symptoms of low iron and they wouldn’t even do a blood test to make sure because “my insurance wouldn’t cover it”. I have happily switched to Dr Abdul and I would never recommend this doctor or anyone else in this facility. Oh! Also when they did my blood test for the gender, the seal broke on one of the test tubes and the nurse panicked and yanked the needle out of my arm and cut my arm with the needle. I am terrified of needles so I was highly irritated. I wish I would have started out my pregnancy with another doctor to begin with. This is by far the WORST obgyn I have ever been to. I have had a really hard time finding an OB that I really like and feel comfortable with. I just recently started seeing Carol Holmes at Dr.Hills office. I absolutely love her! I feel completely comfortable and safe in her care and couldn’t be happier with her being my doctor!

If I could rate this place zero I would. My first appointment I sat there for an hour and was finalky called back. I had Cynthia and she was really nice but did not seem to know what she was doing. They never gave me a sonogram picture and when I asked I was told I 'd get one my next visit. She then prescribed me a medicine for morning sickness that apoarently didnt even exist. It took almost a week and two times from and two times from the pharmacy calling back to finally get them to fix it. They are so unorganized and dont even know what they're supposed to do for their patients. I left bawling my eyes out today after my second appointment sitting for a full hour in the waiting room. Then when we got to the room finally after a full hour of waiting the smell of weed was so horrible we thought we were going to smell like it. I was supposed to have a sonogram and they were supposed to make sure everything was okay and all I got was my weight checked and blood pressure checked. The doctor came in and did absolutely nothing and said "okay see you in 4 weeks". I have never experienced anything like this ever, I am truly shocked and upset. I had the fortune event of visiting this office. I waited 3 hours in the waiting room to be seen. And after waiting all that time I didn't get to meet with my doctor I was told he had to leave to deliver a baby so 3 hours of wait just to meet with a nurse practitioner that could not even help me and held my blood work over my head that if I wanted to know my result I would have to come back in the office I will not be doing that and all that waiting Just to be referred to the local hospital. When I could have had my pelvic exam done there. I asked the receptionist after 2 hours has passed and ask her how was I supposed to get quality care when you close at 5. She said we won't rush you out. But I called today and was told I refuse the pelvic exam that's the reason I was waiting in your office! I have a broken leg. She was so cautions and accommodating to everything that meant as I tried to move. From the doctor, the ladies at the front desk, Shannon and the phlebotomist, I felt like a person and very well taken care of. This was my first visit here. Outside of the fact that it is a little confusing finding the office within the building, I had a wonderful experience. The RN, CNP Cynthia was who I spent the majority of my appointment time with, and she is phenomenal. Extremely personable, answered all of my questions with kindness and explained her thought process about some (potentially) abnormal findings during my exam. She talked me through the entire process of the exam and the Pap smear (as I am, admittedly, a terrible patient when it comes to that) and didn’t make me feel ridiculous for being so nervous/worked up about the whole process. I give them ZERO STARS TO BE CLEAR!! Check your billing statement because you just might be getting charged for services never given. Doctor hill won’t respond to your email about why you were charged for it. Long waits even when you have appointments. I shared my opinion on Facebook and they removed it,smh. People should know the truth and if you feel it’s untrue address it. I could go on and on but the billing tips it all. They try to schedule appointments way too frequently. They were orrssuring me to come in biweekly in the begining (when Dr knew i was very early on in my pregnancy) The nurse practitioner who is there on Saturdays is very sweet, but increadibly unprofrssional. She fumbled through ultrasounds, had to be told by the young techs what to do, and she changed how far along I was the past 2 times i visited. The amount this office charges for lab work and visits is INSANE. So far (at I think 10 weeks pregnant - who knows because I can't get a real time table) I am out of pocket $750 between office bills and lab bills. Very nice doctor and staff are very nice as well

My visits have been pleasant and efficient. The staff was considerate and made me like my health mattered.

Dr Hill and Nurse Cynthia are great. Very kind and make you feel very comfortable. Staff is great as well.

Dr . Hill and his staff are wonderful , very informative and knowledgeable,he’s delivered 4 of my children . I love to get my diaper bags and I love how comfortable they make me feel ! I would totally recommend x 1000000 !

Doctor is really amazing. He cares and makes sure your taken care of. Before i came here i had tried other obgyns and finally found Dr Hill. Very happy with him as my obgyn.

I would reccomend anyone to Dr.Hill. I have been seeing him for 10+ years and he also delivered my daughter. He has great bedside manners, kind, caring considerate, and takes time with his patients. Highly recommended
