I showed up about 20 minutes early for my 2:30 appt. Filled out the paper work, was escorted to the exam room. I WAITED OVER 1 HOUR 10 MINUTES. I went out twice to inquire what the hold up was as only 1 other person was there... After being seen, I told where I wanted my perscription sent to. I told the woman, to call in to Walmart on Chester, my husband will stop after work at 630 and get it.. Fighting the rush our traffic, and a 12 hr shirt he stopped just to be told no script had been called in. I was livid. She looked right at me and smiled as she lied about calling it in. The entire office is full of incompetent people. I will be searching for another practice to go to. This was not the first time the medication had not been called in.
