I have been getting periodic injections in my right eye for several years now, in order to forestall macular degeneration. Dr. Lakhanpal and his staff excel in professionalism and efficiency. Best of all, the injections have been truly painless.

Dr. Robitaille R Lakhanpal was very good he makes you feel comfortable when he is seeing you. I had an eye injection an didn't feel a thing. He explains everything about the procedure

Dr. Lakhanpal and his staff are top notch. They are professional yet they all have a great personality. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the procedure I get.

Dr. Lakhanpal and his entire staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Lakhanpal truly cares about his patients and is ready to answer all your questions. I have never felt like I was being rushed in any of my visits. He is very knowledgeable and can communicate things in terms that a nonprofessional can understand.

Dr. Lakhanpal is the best retina eye care doctor in Maryland. His knowledge of eye care, and his genuine care for his patient’s overall health and well being is stellar. I highly recommend him to all those seeking a great and caring eye doctor????????

Jan 18, 2023 Doctor Lakhanpal is extremely competent, reliable, and kind. When most optical offices were closed during the height of the COVID epidemic, Dr. Lakhanpal kept his practice open so that AMD patients like myself would not lose vision. I’ll always be grateful to him for this.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Lakhanpal but I was very pleased with the exam. The office is well run and my appointment was on time. The staff are very friendly and I liked that Dr. Lakhanpal asked if there were questions before I left. I also found out that there is an office in Westminster, MD. Very convenient for me.

Wonderful doctor. I still have a ways to go but thanks to Dr Lakhanpal my eyes are in far better condition than they were when I first came due to advanced eye disease caused by Diabetic Retinopathy! Hopefully I can avoid surgery later on down the line. Makes sure you always understand your situation, goals, risks+ possible short & long term outcomes in very Realistic, Understandable terms while remaining Empathetic & Compassionate towards the patient. Always asks if you have any ?'s. Tries his best to help you avoid pain & anxiety. Staff from front desk on back- entire Retina Care Center Staff-are just Beautiful people: Encouraging. Kind. Decent. Caring. Professional. Down to Earth. You may sometimes have a small wait because they stay very busy and most patients are elderly with some degree of physical debilitation, but they try their best to get you in & out while still providing Quality Care. I have been seeing Dr Lakhanpal for quite a few years following several retina tears. I have had a detached retina which he reattached and my vision is almost perfect. A great doctor with a great personality. I can only say the best about him.

Excellent, efficient and amazingly on time per appointment.

Dr. Lakhanpal, was not only professional, he was efficient and answered all of my questions as well as explaining the complete procedure. I felt very comfortable since this was my first contact with Ross, I will be happy to recommend him to any of my friends who would need his services. He is a great addition to the RETINA CARE team

He is excellent

If you have eye issues you cant beat Dr. Ross. He is extremely competent and cares a lot about the health of the patient. The staff from the secretaries to the technicians are all top notch. They also look after the patient in a competent and caring manner. I have been a patient of Dr. Ross for many years and would highly recommend him. As proof ( my Dad who drives me ) and myself are willing to go to the outskirts of Baltimore for Dr. Ross's service. This is a bit of a drive for us. I took my dad in to see Dr. Lakhanpal and I could not have been more pleased with the staff who were pleasant and efficient, our wait time was almost nonexistent and Dr. Lakhanpal was personable, made my dad feel he was important and explained everything. Highly recommend

He takes his time to review my current eye scans to contrast them to previous scans to detect any changes. When he examines my eyes, he is very thorough and discusses any changes. Horrible horrible horrible!!! Came with my 90 year old aunt for several appointments and something was always wrong with the appointments. Doctor and staff were extremely unprofessional and rude. Do not recommend going.

He has too many different offices and I can't remember which one I went to but this doctor is highly competent (above average/incredible/amazing). This was my first time seeing a retina specialist, although I had seen two different ophthalmologist before I saw him. Dr. Ross made me feel very comfortable. He went into great detail and explained all of the findings to me, he was able to diagnose me and treat me in a timely fashion (I only waited 20 mins for appt). He is very professional and has great mannerism and is very well spoken. I do 100% trust his expertise and would let him do whatever he wants to my eyes. If you look on his website you can see how well known and recognized he is and was named one of the top retina doctors in the country!!! I am so grateful to have him, having a retina doc is critical for me in regards to my chronic illness, and I feel that I am in great hands with Dr. Ross L.
