Went in for a broken tooth. Very professional and caring. Cannot recommend enough.

Terrible dentist office that is only interested in making you sit in a dentist chair long enough to justify overcharging you. I have had the same dental insurance for over 12 years and I have never once paid out of pocket for a cleaning & check-up. I have gone to about 4 different dentists throughout this time. At the time I booked the receptionist confirmed they accepted my insurance. I had a single appointment for only teeth cleaning and was told to schedule another appointment to see the actual dentist. Then a post-insurance payment bill for $125 came in. Again I’m insured, never paid out of pocket before for a cleaning, had no xrays, never saw the dentist and now owed around $125 after insurance paid out. Additionally my fiancée had different insurance & paid out over $300 already on 3 paid in full invoices and has received a 3rd for another $40 with threats of collection agency over the phone. asked for detailed list of all charges & payments but they said a manager will call her

I'm looking a quality. What I paid I don't get quality and it's very high price for everything. It has cost me a more stress and nervous with this office. Need more qualification in new standards and for safety patient. Could be better invest money in a new equipment and upgrade your certificate.

This practice was recommended to me by a family friend, but when an emergency occurred they were not accommodating. My insurance changed and I decide to move to a new practice because of unfriendly and pushy office staff as well as the lack of patience compassion. They then refused to release my records and x-rays until the insurance was processed. So much for them putting their patients first and a high level of care...it's all about them getting paid whether it's your money or the insurance!

I've been seeing Dr. Goers for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed! Every person on his staff is great!
