I’m so thankful that I was actually listened to and finally figuring out the cause of my allergies instead of just given a generic answer and thrown out to continue my run around for a diagnosis !
Dr. Kuppersmith, was wonderful. He saw the problem and fixed it. Several Dr. appointments and and multiple Dr's since September 2022 and one visit has made a complete difference. I'm so thankful we found him.

Great doctor; very efficient.
Although the office was extremely busy, everyone still did a great job efficiently helping patients! Victoria was so helpful and kind!
Horrible egotistical doctor that doesn’t understand sinus infections. I will continue to treat him online as condescendingly as he treated my adult daughter. If you expect any sort of professional opinion don’t use this quack
Not a warm personality- talks quite fast . Is good with geritric patients
They got to me early which was nice and all of the staff and nurses were super friendly! However, I felt like Dr. Kuppersmith was in a rush throughout my appointment and I felt like I couldn’t tell him all of my concerns before he dismissed me and what I thought were real concerns. I was frustrated about this because I saw that Dr. Kuppersmith gets really good reviews so that’s what I went in expecting. I feel like part of going to a doctor is getting the reassurance that you need about a health issue. Unfortunately, I received no such reassurance about my concerns and I feel like Dr. Kuppersmith barely addressed the issues I was having. Sadly, I would not return to him even if my ear, nose, or throat were falling off. They got to me early which was nice and all of the staff and nurses were super friendly! I’m thankful for dr kuppersmith calling and reaching out to me. We will be seeing him Wednesday hopefully we can get the issue fixed
I think he's a great excellent doctor and have a very nice staff I highly recommend Ronald B. Kuppersmith hopefully this surgery go well I like his personality and his detailed information i love doctor you save my life ????
Brilliant diagnostician and Davinci robotic surgical specialist. Listens and cares about patients individually. Kind bedside manner.
Nope! He has the personality of a bag of potatoes. No bedside manner. He is dismissive and acts like he could care less what brings you into his office. Going elsewhere.
The doctor lost my trust due to his lack of expertise, knowledge, and experience about how to help me when I experienced a rare adverse reaction to an implant surgically inserted in my nasal cavity. Unethical and unprofessional. He has admittedly done hundreds of nasal implant procedures with a 100% success rate. However, he was aware of the rare chance of a patient experiencing a problem. He failed me today. He did nothing but guessing and wanting to wait for him to get back with me. Iâve already been waiting, and the âcosmetic deformityâ occurring to my nose and face is getting worse. I would like to see his license to perform this type of nasal surgery, because he acted like he had zero training on all aspects of post-op and pre-op protocol/procedure expected from doctors. Dr. K. Please take a pic if your Stryker LATERA license so I can see proof of your training. m8e8ooo
I'd say awful; however, I didn't die ... yet. I was referred to him March 2019 due to over a year of sinus infections that would respond to antibiotics but would return upon completion of medication. My first appointment wasn't too bad but I found him to be somewhat dismissive of my other health issue. I was referred to his main office for an MRI which found a "mass". Surgery was indicated and recommended. That happened at a Bryan Surgery center. I wasn't impressed with my treatment there. Dr. Kuppersmith was again dismissive to me and didn't even speak with my family following the precedure. The center called him upon request and he said he "forgot" in his rush to leave. I was not provided adequate discharge instructions resulting in several hours of scary, excessive bleeding. Post op appointment was a nightmare. Painful and upsetting. It's been 18 months since my procedure and I still have the infection I went to have treated. On paper he looks good but in person, no.
Dr. Kuppersmith figured I had arthritis in my jaw and when I asked him to look at my left ear it had gotten hurt the day before I saw him and had a knot protruding in the outside of of my ear didnt even look at it and just told me to put heat on it. Then I needed a hearing test. So the person that did my test said she would be changing the tones of her voice. Well the first 10 words she spoke her tone changed and one word she said I couldn't make out but I saw her face move so I know she said something. the last 10 words she said for each ear she never changed her tone and I was just repeating what she was saying. Then she said were done and I had good hearing. Doctor said my hearing was good. Needless to say. That was a waste if my time and money and I still cant hear I have to have people face me when they speak and tv well it's still blaring
No bed side manner what so ever! We had to wait over 45 mins past our appointment to see him, I understand people run behind but that is unacceptable, if your office overbooked that is not my issue!! We were referred to him for a tonsillectomy for my 8 yr old, this Dr. spent less that 5 mins in our room and never once discussed the procedure. Just told us to call his office and they would tell me, YOU'RE THE ONE DOING THE DAMN THING, YOU TELL ME!!!! And just the icing on the cake he LEFT the office at the end of the day before we could even get out of the office, we were talking to his assistant who was giving us paperwork for the procedure and he just walked right past us with out saying a word and left! RUDE
Bad experience . Wrong diagnosis

Had sinus problems due to a deviated septum. Went on three different antibiotics and a course of steroids to try and clear up the infection but nothing worked. I waited until the end of school and underwent septoplasty, reduction of turbinates, and sinus rinsing. Within a week of surgery I was feeling loads better and haven't had any sinus infections since. Would highly recommend Dr. Kuppersmith.
