Ronald Mark Podell

Saw him for ten years. Podell bankrupted me. Never identified my root cause which was a long term C1 subluxation. Started the system with suicidal depression ended with chronic ptsd and fragmented developmental trauma cycles and a six year psychotic break. Ongoing ptsd flashbacks and nightmares daily. Ron Podell did watch me be chronically retraumatized for the ten year period during which I saw him. At my last visit with Mr. Columbia Medical School I screamed as I left his office as fluid came out of the back of my neck. A fight or flight response. Then I had a six year psychotic break. Can’t work again. Trying to get disability. Have a lot of fragmented developmental/ shock trauma including how my neurology opened up to my body . It took me eight years to heal medical shock as my family was abusing me during this period. Still having ongoing ptsd flashbacks. Daily thoughts of suicide and self harm. I hope podells house in Brentwood is worth it. I may not survive this corrupt healthcare system. I hold that insecurity everyday.

This doctor is so unprofessional and arrogant. He is condescending to his patients and their family members (and he is supposed to be a geriatric psychiatrist). He ate a sandwich in front of my mother during a session (if you can believe that one!). He really needs to read the reviews about himself online and listen to the feedback given to him by his patients. Just someone you don't want to have to work with...ever.

Two words: stay away. Expensive and corrupt. No ethics.
