Very efficient and kind! Not in a hurry to cut you up! I had a previous issue that was seen by another dermatology office. The other office wanted me to have mohs treatment or plastic surgery. I procrastinated, and ended up with another insurance company. The former office did not take my new insurance, so thankfully, I was recommended to Dr. Sherman! Clear report! Waited until 10min after scheduled appointment to have his assistant call me to verify that medicare was my only coverage and ask if I had additional insurance for billing. Be mindful that 7hrs earlier when I submitted my medicare info I was informed that there maybe a $20 to $50 co-pay, and my reply was my personal maximum was $20. He puts $ before care and treatment.

Had a pre existing condition over 10 years. Within 2 trips including my biopsy, found out my issue. Great bedside manners & highly recommend this Dr.

Overcharged me as per my EOB and will not give me back the balance they owe me. Felt like they just rushed me in and out and could not answer my questions.
