Dr.Hertzano gave my 78 year old mom an ear exam. Me and my mom were so impressed by how wonderful she was. She explained every single thing so that my mom would feel comfortable. She is truly an excellent doctor.

I am a patient of Dr. Hertzano's and she is definitely 5 stars. She is thorough, professional, takes her time explaining everything and ensures you understand what she has said. She performed my Osia Implant and I am doing wonderful. We need more doctors like her:)

I am a patient of Dr. Hertzano's and she is worth every bit of 5 stars! She is thorough, professional, explains everything in a manner that you can understand and ensures that you do. She performed my Osia implant and I am doing wonderful. I would recommend her over and over.

New patient visit for ear issue. The visit lasted 45 mins, she could not provide treatment for my issue and did not have any recommendations. I was billed $1,250 for the visit. The charge was downright criminal but the office claims it is correct.

Recently had an operation performed by Dr Hertzano. She is excellent and is confident when she tells what the problem is and what can be done. She is a skilled surgeon. The only problem is that when I tried to call before the operation to ask a couple of questions, there were no nursers or anyone there to answer questions. They tried to transfer me to a group of nurses but no one picked up the phone. So the problem is having someone to speak to when the doctor isn't there.
