Dr. Menendez saw me for a complex skin rash that is causing a delay in much needed surgery. She was able to schedule me quickly. The beautiful office environment was calming. The office staff were even more so. They were friendly and engaging. Clearly interested in helping. Dr. Menendez is thorough. She took time to carefully examine me, and she spent more time than expected discussing her impressions with me. Her style is engaging, thoughtful and caring. She performed skin biopsy procedures professionally and painlessly. I would recommend her for a dermatology consultation with no reservations whatsoever

Love Dr. Menendez! She diagnosed a condition that I had suffered with for many years. Had seen a number of doctors and none had gotten it right. Such a sweet, caring doctor, the very best.

Excellent bedside manners, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Menendez is absolutely amazing.

Dr. Menendez is quite simply, one of the most caring, considerate Physicians I have seen throughout my entire life. She takes a very professional, serious approach to every issue I have had since I was first referred to her back in 2016. I wish that at least one of my other six doctors in the area had the same standards as she does ! I highly recommend you consider seeing her for all of your skin needs. Everyone was friendly, professional and caring. Would recommend highly.

Dr. Menendez does a very careful job and is quite excellent at spotting any potential problem 'spots.'

Unfortunately for Dr. Menendez this is not a favorable review. She has been our Dermatologist ever since Riverchase opened in Bonita Springs. She has helped my husband repeatedly with skin issues and he has regular yearly checkups. This past year due to Covid the appointment was canceled and moved to Jan 19, 2021. Having left our home to drive the 7.9 miles to his appointment today which should have taken approximately 20 minutes to get there ended up being 40 minutes due to unexpected one lane road construction on West Terry St. We called to let them know we were on the way and should arrive in 3 to 4 more minutes and were told because we were already 10 minutes late we would have to rebook. They offered to take him thursday morning, which already was booked elsewhere, and then said the next available appointment wasn't until Mar. I'm not sure if Dr. Menendez is aware of just how the staff is handling patients, however, we have certainly sat past our appointment time in the past and haven't walked out. I am appalled since we had no control over the construction shut down as there was no notice of such. Unfortunately for Dr. Menendez this is not a favorable review. Wonderful! Thorough, patient, kind and someone I highly recommend.

Dr. Menendez was fantastic. Very thorough full body scan with explanations along the way. Very good "bedside" manner. Felt very comfortable. BTW, was seen by Dr. BEFORE scheduled time. I would surely recommend this practice.

Dr Menendez, she is not only a Doctor. She is a family, an angel a life saver. She saved my life as my pediatrician when everyone had no hope for me. Dr. Menandez was fantastic. Very thorough complete body scan including many explanations along the way. Very good "bedside" manner. BTY, was seen by Dr. BEFORE my scheduled appointment.

Went in for Botox. Asked dr Menendez (Bonita Springs) a question about a pimple on my neck while she was doing the procedure. At the end i got billed for an office visit for a 5 second look while being treated for Botox I didn’t think asking a question would be so expensive while i was there already for treatment. Besides their prices are much higher than competitors i didn’t feel the extra 5 seconds and her treatment plan was to wash with over the counter benzoyl peroxide was enough to merit an additional office visit. I’m sure blue cross blue shield wouldn’t appreciate being billed for a 5 second look. If i would have been told there would be a charge i would have never asked. I was told i had to pay for her treatment plan What a joke. I thought I’d feel more Comfortable having a doctor do the Botox but no different than anyone else with a certificate. Now my opinion is it was a Waste of extra money. Over 75.00 copay they lost a repeat client. Maybe if I was given actual treatment and sufficient time on the subject i would have felt differently. Hope it was worth it! It’s a shame greed takes over after time. The office And staff were never like this before. For me it’s about the principle so i cannot give a positive recommendation. just love Dr. Menendez.... she is one of a kind! Delightful, soft-spoken, gentle, caring and knowledgeable... is interested in the whole 'patient' not just from a dermatological point of view. I highly recommend her.

Never saw Dr.M. Not on site for biopsy's. Dealt with staff that looked like they just got out of high school. Had I known this was a franchise type operation I would have avoided, but referred by local doctor. Mistake! Instead I'm preferring a well established dermatologist

I"ve never met a kinder, most capable physcian like Dr. Menendez. She performed a surgery on my face that you can't tell there was ever anything done. She's very nice, she takes the necessary time to explain to you clearly and precisly what she plans to perform. She truly has magical hands and is exactly the type of doctor you want for any type of surgery, but especially facial. DR. ROXANNA M. MENENDEZ, DO IS TOP NOTCH in her field of expertise! Simply put Dr. Menéndez is the best dermatologist ever!

We LOVE Dr. Menendez! She has an amazing bedside manner. My husband had a few melanomas removed prior to coming into her care so we take our skin health seriously and make annual visits to get full body checks. My boys are elementary age and even though it has the potential to be an uncomfortable experience, she is so calming and mild mannered that they don't even seem to mind. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Outstanding doctor of dermatology. She is very thorough, qualified and has great bedside manner.

Told me I shouldn't be on a steroid cream but prescribed a steroid cream for me.... She prescribed steroid cream that Walgreens could not get and were extremely expensive. When I spoke with her nurse she would not prescribe anything else but gave me a mail order company that could get the meds for me without using my prescription plan...seems she is more about selling expensive drugs than helping a patient pain mgmt. To me it seemed shady and I walked away feeling as though I was scammed.
