Great Doctor!

Doc Leung and her team is absolutely amazing. I came here for allergy test and I am extremely impressed by her professionalism in this area. Also Extremely caring and patient to explain everything to me at a detailed level. The assistants in her team are also so friendly and caring. Highly recommend!

Dr. Leung is truly top-notch. She is an excellent clinician and really cares about her patients. She goes above and beyond.

I got a refer from my primary Dr to Dr Roxanne S Leung, MD. I have a terrible time try to make a phone call to make an appointment. The process took too long. The time I waited for the phone to answer was really long and the service of the receptionist was no good. They hung up on me. I don't care how good is this Dr. but I don't want to go there. Doctor Leung is a knowledgeable and helpful doctor; however, it was challenging to get service in the era of COVID. I ended up being billed two times: once for a tele-health appointment with the doctor to essentially be screened that I did not have COVID and then another time for an actual office visit. It feels unethical that their office would actually bill twice for that instead of once when actual testing/service was received in the office. If it was up to me I would have said that EVERT DOCTOR should learn from Dr. Leung's manner and behavior. The way she cares about the patient and puts time to investigate through EVERY single detail and listens to the patient's concern is UNBELIEVABLE for me. Why unbelievable? Cause I have only seen doctors who take patients for granted and they already come up with a diagnosis before hearing our the patient. Dr. Leung strongly believes in equality of medical services for everyone. I explained her about a problem my Mom has (abroad), and she asked to help. She went through her documents and called me to tell what she thinks is the best approach for her treatment. Dr. Leung is literally one of the few people who makes me believe in humanity. Dr Leung is a godsend! Been suffering an allergic condition for over 6mos. Saw another allergist who charged me over $350 OOP for a test I didn't need & a 5 min consult AFTER I waited over an hr past my appt time. Dr Leung was the COMPLETE opposite. She saw me early, spent over 40min with me going through my history. She appreciates that money is a concern since I pay out of pocket for everything. She ordered labs that finally diagnosed my condition and now we have a plan of action. Love her!!!
