My neighbor recommended Dr. Bassett & I’m glad he did. I have no problems but needed to establish with a doctor after moving to the area. He & Andie spent time getting to know me personally & took time reviewing my medical & family history. He made sure there were no unanswered questions by the time I left. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a primary care physician.

Such an amazing doctor. Made me feel comfortable there and when I was in pain they accommodated to come in that morning and I found out I had to go to the hospital for surgery.

Dr Bassett is a very compassionate, patient, and thorough physician. His staff is efficient and friendly. Sometimes there is an extra wait time, but that's too be expected especially when so many people recognize him as being an excellent doctor. Frances M Elien AKA Cakes By Frances G

Excellent doctor, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, speaks Spanish.

A doctor experience is as important as your experience with his staff. The first time I called I was told to call back "during regular business hours"; it was 10:30 in the morning! I press zero and got a man who picked up and said I had the wrong number! Confused, I had to call back and explain to the receptionist my experience and she said that the voicemail is linked to her "personal phone"! Then, as a new patient, I was told I can't get an appointment for one month! Red flags!

After seeing how compassionate, thorough, and insightful Dr. Bassett was in treating my husband, I immediately switched my primary care physician. It is refreshing to find a doctor who is an open-minded and patient listener to his patients and who, together with an excellent staff, upholds a high standard of health care.

This is the most amazing doctors visit I have ever had. Not only was the office manager Andi friendly and wonderful, but Dr. Bassett was thorough and caring in a way I have never experienced by a physician. Even when I was younger and the doctors had a generally warmer demeanor, they did not match the treatment I received. I could not find a doctor that took new patients and he lucky for me had just opened his new office in Delray. My wife looked at me and said, "Where are we?" Highly recommend!

Dr. Bassett is very engaging and has shown strong interest in making sure any of my problems were investigated thoroughly and corrected. The administrative staff in the office needs much improvement. When I had asked for referrals the office staff would forget on a number of times to not send the referrals to the doctors I was to visit. They seem to have much turnover.

Every morning the doctor is late i dont know why they even have 9 am appointments. The offic staff is horrible with paperwork. And they do not use modern technology but do everything bybpaper. And the wait times are horrible even if you have an apointment.

Great! Spent time listening to my health issues. Did a great job prescribing medicines that were appropriate for me. Without over prescribing.Would highly recommend.
