I can not say enough good things about Dr. Roya. Super sweet. Listens to your concerns and is very patient and kind. Would highly recommend and will continue to go to Dr. Roya.

Dr. Roya is not only professional, gentle as a butterfly, but kind. I damaged my recovering eyelid and Dr. Roya met me on her off hours within 30 minutes. Dr. Roya is the best! And Jackie, her admin, completes the package of support, information and care.

Dr. Ghafouri is caring, takes her time, and answers all questions thoroughly. She has extensive education an experience and it is evident in her work. Not happy with her work on my eye lids and been ignoring my appointments and not very helpful at all. I would not recommend her at all to anyone. She had kept me in the room and asked me why I'm there and didn't even looked or examined my eyes - but why scheduled me to come in and waste my time. NOT A PROFESSIONAL person.

Doctor Ghafouri and her team go above and beyond to make sure you get the best care YOU need. I’ve been struggling with chronic styes over the past year or so. I’ve gone to several urgent cares and none of them really seemed like they knew what they were doing. After a single session with Roya (which was quick, comfortable, and affordable), my styes we’re almost completely gone and they set me up on a program which got rid of them in just a couple short weeks. I saw Dr. Ghafouri for a Basel cell removal on my eye lid. I as extremely nervous about doing this as I had had one removed from the other eye and had a serious problem. Obviously, decided to go to someone new. I was referred to her by another physician I highly regard. Made an appointment, met with Jackie, her assistant, and Dr. Ghafouri, who is as big as a minute. From the moment I entered the office I felt totally comfortable. Dr. Ghafouri went over everything. She answered all my questions until I was completely satisfied and comfortable. Had the surgery done two weeks later. She walked me thru every step and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Really easy, healed beautifully, stitches were removed and barely a scare. I was so happy with her, the office and outcome that I referred a friend. She,too, was thrilled with the outcome and doctor. When you are faced with facial surgery, or any surgery, it is not a fun process. It is scary and frightening, but with Dr. Ghafouri the entire ordeal will be so much more tolerable and even a little fun. If you have any hesitations, DON’T. She is excellent, and beautiful too! Her work is exceptional. She is hands down one of the best Oculoplastic surgeons in Southern California.

Dr. Roya is amazing! She is meticulous and honest. She has a wonderful bedside manner and has such a soft touch. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend her!!

What a gem!! After seeing at least a dozen different doctors & having every test under the sun for facial swelling that was mainly under both eyes, I was at a loss as to what was wrong with me. From the moment I walked into her office I felt comfortable. I was greeted by Jackie, who got me settled, what a sweetheart! Dr. Ghafouri examined me and pretty much from the start was able to diagnose the problem, which by the way, not one other physician/specialist was able to do. I can’t say enough about how amazing Dr Ghafouri is!! Besides having the most delightful beside manner and the gentlest touch, her work is truly exceptional! She was able to fix a problem I had with droopiness on one of my eyes, which no other doctor was able to do so and I have seen many doctors over the years! Dr. Roya is amazing! My 9 year old daughter had an infection below her eye from a thorn and it required a procedure. Dr. Roya was unbelievably patient and kind. She successfully removed the thorn and infection using local numbing while my daughter was awake. My daughter was afraid of the needle but Dr. Roya took her time, explained the procedure in an age appropriate manner and was very gentle. The tiny incision was almost completely healed the next day. Dr. Roya is wonderful! I was very nervous about getting my lips done and she was extremely gentle and had a great demeanor. My lips look awesome. I would definitely recommend her!

My procedure with Roya was excellent! She has such a gentle touch and is very friendly. She first gave me a consultation, asked me what I wanted, helped me understand the entire process, and answered all of my questions. I love that she approached everything in the safest manner and explained to me that what I wanted needed to be achieved in 2-3 sessions. I've been wanting to lift my eye lids for years and I finally went for it. Dr Ghafouri made the process so easy and comfortable. She has a really gentle nature and talked me through everything. She played soft music that helped with my nerves during the procedure. She checked in with me more than I think any other doctor would, she really cared. And the proof was in the pudding, my eyes look amazing! I'm ready to go back and do my under eye bags!!

Dr.Ghafouri is one of the best!!! She has been doing my Botox and lips for several years now and she injects my mother as well....we both are always so thrilled with our results- they are natural and look great....I have baseline lip and eyebrow asymmetry and Dr.Ghafouri always is able to do her magic and bring everything into symmetry for me. She has a wonderful and fun personality and great bedside manner. She's definitely the best in her field!!

Dr. Ghafouri is difficult to get in touch with. It can take a week for her to respond to a message left for her. when she says she will do something for you she does not follow through. She is slow to cll in RXs even though she tells you she will do it right away. She did not accurately treat my condition and I had to wait for her to respond with another RX. Her English language skills at emailing are so poor as to be confusing. Dr Ghafouri is interested in her own convenience and not the patien

Dr Ghafouri took great care in removing deposits on my eyelid. They are healing well, and I am very happy with her care and expertise.
