I’ve been going to Dr. Pardo for three decades and he’s kept my skin in good shape considering I love the beach and swimming. I always enjoy talking to him. He doesn’t try to sell me Botox which I’m thankful. And everyone in the office are lovely.

NEVER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR

Dr Pardo may be a decent enough physician but his office and staff leave a lot to be desired. Extremely upsetting & disapointed in how they do business & handle all their patients. I would never recommend them.

Dr Pardo's bedside manners need improvement: His behavior is not sympathetic to patients. He greets, rushes, turns around, writes, does not explain what he is doing during the visit and leaves the office to the nurse's assistant to do the explaining for him. When calling the office to check on test results, they have a computerized phone with no humans to talk to. It takes 3-4 calls to get one call back from them. Dr. Pardo was very attentive and thorough. The office is very clean and the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

My extended family has gone to Dr. Pardo for decades. Great doctor, great guy, great staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Pardo for years and wouldn't trust my skin to anyone else. He is an extremely well respected dermatologist and has always been an excellent doctor to me and takes the time to address my concerns. I also come to his office for facials and they are great. All of the staff at the office is very nice.

Dr. Pardo was very professional and asked many questions. He took his time examining me and answered my questions as well. His staff is very caring and making appointment was a breeze.

The girl who calls to confirm the appointment has a horrible attitude she's lazy and wants you to do her job. Get rid of her....(Like call the ins. company to verify insurance...

TREMENDO DOCTOR! Guy cleared up my face. I'll never go to anyone else!!

The staff here is beyond incompetent. It has taken me 3 weeks to get a prescription called in because you have to leave a message for the nurse everyday, she never calls you back, then i had to go in person to ask them to call in the prescription, then they said they called it in but the pharmacy didn't have it. You will hold on the phone for a long time to speak to someone. When you actually get an appointment, the doctor will see you for 5 seconds or less.

This practice doesn't care about your personal betterment but your money, they are completely impersonal. The visits are not only expensive but the doctor sees you for a total of 2 seconds. I am always punctual with my appointments, one time I even went when I was sick as a dog. But my first missed appointment they billed me a fee to my house for not attending and they never even called me for a reschedule. That just shows they don't care about giving you service but just collecting your money.

I wouldn't give one star if I could. The staff at this office was not helpful and kept transferring my call to several people where I had to keep explaining myself. The worst though was Stacy, the office manager, which was extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful of my situation. How can you have someone like that deal with your customers if they have no customer service or people skills!? I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! I am so lucky to have found a wonderful professional like Dr. Pardo. He is very professional and has excellent bedside manners. His staff members are fantastic too. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dermatologist.

If you are like me and are now paying for all the time spent getting sun burns in your past, I can tell you that Dr. Pardo is the best at fixing those unexpected problems. He is very nice and friendly and a true professional. His staff is kind, flexible and they make the visit or procedure an easy going experience. Coral Gables Dermatology Center is excellent.
