I went to Doctor Frenkel, he was super professional BUT I paid out of pocket, to realize later on that my Insurance sent him a wire transfer for the same amount. He kept sending bills to my insurance I had to pay without even having a receipt of what I was paying for. I had to ask to get my results otherwise they were not going to give them to me. I received another bill later on from the lab which I had no idea about and once everything was over with. They sat me down while he was putting peoples tissue test behind me and next to all the V… tissues next to me… THIS IS A SCAM AND WILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE!!!

Excellent service. Office is sparkling clean. Staff are very attentive, organized and polite. No waiting time in the office once the appointment is scheduled. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. The services that I received was excellent. Worst place ever they don’t know what they are doing. Don’t trust them they care about their patient just money. Did an ultrasound with them and didn’t tell me i had cysts. Till i went to another gyn i found out.

I had the worst experience with this office. Their receptionist Ella is exceptionally rude, loud and misinformed. She calls me multiple times to tell me she will charge my card on file for outstanding payment. At no point in time did I ever authorize my card to be “kept on file” for future. Use of card for co payment does not imply card can be used for all future transactions. Not to mention I have no idea what I’m being charged for since I’ve never even revived a bill from the office. When I told her she is not authorized to use my card., she said she was. Then why are you calling me for authorization?!? This is completely the doctor’s fault and management of his office and staff. So as for the doctor HIMSELF he is great. He does his job, and he cares very much for his patients. Now as for his receptionist she is a very rude, mean, unprofessional woman. I had a appointment today, which was made and CONFIRMED by her if there was a problem she could of said it ON THE PHONE while I spoke to her and when I got there she comes to say “You need to pay this amount before anything. He will not see you, I don’t know why you didn’t pay to begin with when it was due” IN FRONT OF everyone that was there in the waiting room, and she had such a attitude while saying it in a loud voice. My experiences with Dr. Frenkel have always been great. He is patient and answers all your questions and explains everything to you. He is also very quick and efficient. The front desk is wonderful and the wait time is a breeze. Glad to have found a great doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frenkel for several years and proud to say so. Dr. Frenkel has treated me well through many stages in life—planning to conceive, pregnancies, and 2 successful births. Dr. Frenkel is arguably one of the best OBGYNs in the city- He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and skilled at what he does. In addition, he is a straight shooter and doesn’t sugar coat things. My family was impressed by his ability to make swift and appropriate medical decisions during labor that keep both mom and baby safe. Have been going to Dr. Frenkel for at least 8 years, had 2 sons with him and still feel and felt comfortable at his office - great doctor, easy going and to the point. Pre-natal and deliveries were easy and without any problems; office appointments always on time, very friendly and caring staff also. Highly recommended!

Great Doctor. Had my son with him, Prenatal care was pleasant and smooth. Delivery was easy, he was on time and calm and helpful. Several years later had to follow up with some OBGYN issue, which was resolved easy and in the best manner. Staff in the office is very sweet and helpful, made me feel calm when i was worried. I have been going to Dr. Frenkel for over 5 years, and had two c-sections with him ( one emergency and one planned). He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and I trust him 110%. He does not waste time and goes straight to the point, and never makes you worry about a single thing because he has a plan for everything. I never never waited more than 5 minutes in the office and dealing with the receptionist, Ella is always a pleasure. Overall, this is one of the best doctors I have ever met, and I will continue to recommend him to all my family & friends. I have recently relocated to a different state and had to switch doctors and I can honestly say, there is no one like Dr. Frenkel.

Don't care about you, only thinks how to get money from your insurense. Dont trust any procedure what he offerse. It will be only to get money. Discusting experince with this bussiness man I cant even call him a doctor!

Stay away from this Dr. if you care about yourself. Prescribed me birth control without knowing what my abdominal pain was about . Prescribed yeast infection cream 7-daycream-which is old method - now they have a 1- day pill for that and I DO NOT have a yeast infection because I just had a test done. I asked for and MRI to check my abdominal pain right away he said my insurance did not cover it . Which was ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. Quick visit , not listening to my health issues. Biased opinion-Assumes abdominal pain is female related. Not respectful towards women and their needs. Not Proactive Doctor not concerned about your health and well being. Thank God I found another Dr Felix COHEN who has helped me rule out my strange abdominal pain I one visit sent me for MRI w/ contrast to see my ovaries. The best doctor in town, I’m visiting Rubin Frenkel Office since 2012 and I more than satisfied with the service, treatment, attention to every need. It’s hard to find the doctor who will actually tell you the truth instead of making you go through unnecessary treatments. I definitely recommend.

Money hungry scam doctor! People needs to be aware. My wife went to this doctor with Fidelis care insurance 4 times in her first trimester. Everything looked good, we agreed on the hospital and the process through out the whole pregnancy. On the last appointment he is telling us that next time we need to bring $3,000 cash only, or they won’t be able to see us anymore. The reason why his front desk receptionist couldn’t answer and gave us 5 different reasons like prenatal fee, delivery fee, medical care... which our insurance covered in full. I had a perfect healthy pregnancy. To accommodate his schedule, Frenkel tried to induce me by stripping my membranes one week before my due date! Without my permission or asking for my consent. He should be struck off.

My visit with Dr. Frenkel helped me get a solution to something that other doctors were unable to help me with. He was very thorough and discussed with me my different options.

Great provider! I’ve been seeing Dr. Frenkel for three years now and I’m so happy with every visit. The girls that work with him are also great and very friendly. I would highly recommend him. Wait time was less than 30mins.

First thought that comes to mind when writing about my experience with Dr Frenkel is trust. From the day he delivered my son to today I have been going to Dr Frenkel for my GYN care. Trust comes from knowing, and I know Dr Frenkel to be able to guide natural birth as well as handle urgency/emergency with skill and confidence. Worst service, stay away from this doctor, he will do more harm than help, he doesn't do testing correctly and doesn't diagnose you with issues and just sends you to a different tech, very careless and disrespectful towards his patients STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!!!!
