I went there to get a COVID test 1/6/22. I was asked for my insurance information but was suddenly told they would not accept my insurance if they were not the primary care provider. At that point I offered to pay for my Covid test out of pocket because I really needed it. I have not been feeling well for days. I was there with a fever of 102.5. They told me I had to make them the primary care provider and then switch it back. To make matters worse there is no privacy of your information. There was a lady there that they asked her her birthday several times. She repeatedly told them August 30, 1958 amongst a room with 8 people. We all she not know that lady’s personal information. When it came to me they blurted out my insurance information also. I politely stuck my hand out reaching for my ID and insurance card asked the office manager her name and left. Do better. Highly recommend Dr. Juburi’s office. The care I received was great and his staff are amazing. I will not go anywhere else again!

Became a new patient two days ago. Dr. Rudy Juburi is the most offensive and unprofessional doctor I’ve met. His office over-books patients and he is the only doctor, meaning his attention to your issue(s) is lackluster. My first day I told him my health history, to which he replied “that’s impossible”. Inappropriate but I figured that was just his personality so I let it slide. I told him I had pain in my mouth, he looked at it and said “my oral cavity is healthy”. It wasn’t. 48 hrs later I get a call from the lab to say that I have an infection. I immediately scheduled another appointment with him. We met and discussed the lab and told me I couldn’t be treated today and schedule another appt. I CALMLY explained my frustration about the mixed messaging and repeat visits. He felt insulted by my questions and started making comments about me, how he wasn’t going to help me, And refused to acknowledge his behavior. I NEVER had such a negative exp. with a healthcare professional.

Dr. Juburi was my doctor for over two years, but after what I went through I had to switch doctors. I’ve been having serious medical problems for over two years now and after leaving Dr. Juburi I have finally got answers from other doctors. Juburi comes to the conclusion that I’m dealing with anxiety even though I have no anxiety present; he insisted rudely that I get my anxiety under control. I sought help of a psychiatrist for over a year upon his recommendation, and they came to the conclusion that it was not anxiety related and that this may be a serious medical issue. His visits last under 1-3min with him not seeming to care about the patient and rushing them along; he treats his practice like a business and not like a doctor’s office. I wished to have booked an appointment with a different office. The doctor was 20 minutes late for telehealth session and when I called office i was asked to wait. I had to call back again since no one joined telehealth session and front desk asked me to complete the forms, which should have been communicated way in advance to avoid 30 min wait time in vain. It's 45 min since the start of appointment and front desk asked for additional 10 min to put in the forms in their system. Avoid this office if you do not want to waste your time, very unprofessional approach of the desk to patients and no diligent proper work done upfront to ensure all patients are properly checked in advance. Juburi refused to write me an MRI order that I needed. I give him the benefit of the doubt that he may have been constrained by insurance policy or something else was going on. Capitalism and medicine don’t mix sometimes. When I complained that he wasted my time and asked for my co-pay back he did it but told me to find another doctor. A little harsh human reaction but I probably appeared angry and cursed a little which was not cool on my part. I had to go to another doctor who ordered the MRI with no problem and this just added to my medical costs and delayed me getting the diagnosis and treatment I needed. I also think some of these Doctors let their ego interfere with their judgements and they forget that the patients are their customers and pay their salary. I was very disappointed but really liked him as a physician and a friend prior to this incident. I’m willing to let bygones be bygones if he reaches out. My first visit on Tuesday May 12, 2021 with Breanne Peed was awesome at the Bryan’s Rd office. Arrived nervous with results of very high blood pressure reading but was rechecked prior to discharging was normal. From arriving @check in front desk very polite I had scheduled online wasn’t showing actually having an appointment but she stated no problem and did check in.Nurse came to prep for doctor of course still nervous that’s when blood pressure was checked noticeably high reading told doctor will be in shortly. The nurse was very nice she had to come back after doctor came in to do list of test which she did an awesome job with me being the nervous older patient . Dr Breanne Peed came in less than 5 minutes informed I was very nervous which blood pressure had already confirmed lol but she calmed my nervousness went over medical part of visit overall from time of check in to bring discharge had no long wait and staff was beyond nice would definitely recommend to anyone especially nervous about seeing doctors. The doctor was very attentive and answered all questions however we did observe about 3 people go ahead of us. I'm not sure why this happened but it would be great if the practice could explain this action. Thanks!

The auto-scheduler wasn't functioning properly, but they still assisted me in being seen as quickly as possible.

Very personable. You can tell he cares. Knows what he's talking about. Open to letting you know that he's not familiar with a drug or procedure that is either new or a specialty. No smokes and mirrors.

The office was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. Juburi was patient and nice. He did not keep me waiting before me came to check on me.

Great person as well as a Dr. he takes his time and listens to you. He helped me and my spouse head to heathy eating for better health.

Awesome. This was an unscheduled visit. I was taken care of ASAP. Everyone very professional, friendly and caring. That is why I have been a patient here for years. Their true concern is great. You are never rushed.

Doctor Juburi is the best primary care physician I have ever encountered. I work in the medical field and I refer in to anyone that ask my opinion. He is great with my family and that includes my daughter, sister, brother in law and my father. His staff is wonderful Louise and Stacey know me by my voice on the phone. Dr Juburi remembers you and your family. He isn't reading your chart to find out what is going on. If you are looking for a doctor's office that treats you like family this is the place. I see Dr Figaro at Bryan's Road Medical and hes now my primary physician. I've recommended Bryan's Road Medical to all my friends and family who go there now too. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I can walk in or make an appointment which is so convenient! The doctors are excellent, they care about my issues and make me feel that my health is their utmost concern. I used to travel the county to see several different doctors and now I can have everything addressed at one place..and it's close to home! I couldn't ask for more!! Although the office is always full of other patients, he takes the time to ensure my diagnosis and treatment are correct for me and that I get to the best specialists outside the practice when needed. Awful! The practitioner (not Dr. Juburi) I saw did not introduce himself, never washed his hands and looked at me like he didn't have a clue. I went for a swollen throat, headache and ear pain. I scheduled an appointment for my 18 year old son for a complete physical and to address other concerns. Contrary to the receptionist confirming that I scheduled the appointment appropriately, when the doctor saw him he did nothing more than talk to him. Being as though he is an 18 year old young man, I didn't want to invade his privacy by going into the room with him while being seen to ensure appropriate measures would be taken. I was made to feel as if I was less than a parent for this. I traveled an hour and a half for this appointment which in my opinion was nothing more than a meet and greet. Katie Smith who's one of Dr. Juburi's assistants was very rude in telling me in so many words that if I did not like their services, she had a list of other doctors that I could be referred to. While everyone has been profession and nice within this medical facility I have had two experiences that have not been appropriate. I was seen on a Friday and was tested for a UTI. Dr. stated he would call in my Rx to the pharmacy. By Saturday I called the pharmacy because I was in pain. They stated nothing was ever called in causing me to have to go to an urgent care. Recently I also had test ran and the results ended up being that I needed a Rx. However instead of calling in the RX they scheduled a follow up to review the results leaving me to remain with an infection form more than a week in pain. Being nice only gets you so far when someones health is in your hands. Dr. Juburi has been my PCP for years. He always goes above and beyond. I can’t recommend him enough.

I was skeptical, but wrong. The staff are friendly and helpful, they know our family and take good care of us. Their referrals for specialists have also been great.

This office is my go to office for emergency appts. We can always get an appointment and be seen in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and professional. They have an excellent weight loss program, as well.

I was worried I had an ear infection the day before my flight. I was late leaving work so I arrived shortly before closing. They graciously fit me in, gave me a full examination and the necessary medical treatment to ensure I would be pain free for my flight. Very thorough, professional and kind.

We have been seeing Doctor Juburi so many years now. Absolutely awesome office with a wonderful staff and they always made scheduling my appointment and registration so simple and comfortable . The Doctor is amazing, attentive and compassionate. Definitely continuing with Dr. Juburi and his amazing staff.

Dr. Juburi has been taking care of me for years. I see him as my primary doctor. He is awesome. He takes the time to talk to you and know you. His staff is pleasant and attentive to your needs. I wouldn't want any other doctor. I recommend him to all of my friends when they ask about doctors.

NO thanks

Just wants to run up your tab! Went there expecting results and got blown off. Didn’t bother giving me the time to let him know I had already gotten tests done he wanted me to get prior to visit. Realized this afterwards and was told I didn’t need any other tests outside of what I had just gotten. They took back the lab slip despite me needing additional bloodwork. No empathy and doesn’t listen. Just wanted me to immediately come back again which tells me he wants to run up my tab. Front desk was a pain in the a*% too. Treated me like I was lying that I had Medicaid. Had to sit for an hour while she made me call my insurance companies. Have to remind these people you are here to severe patients not throw out attitude! Go elsewhere! And, needless to say I’m never going back. Additionally, they don’t do bloodwork onsite. You have to go all the way to Waldorf or La Plata to LabCorp which only means more gas money, waiting time and charges. Just wants to run up your tab! Went there expecting results and got blown off. Very good customer service.

I love this office. It started out as a place for sick visits for me, but I ended up switching them to my primary care provider for myself and my husband. They will even see my kids when they are ill! I cannot say enough good things about the drs. office. Dr. Juburi and his staff are the best!
