Dr. Collett is an AMAZING doctor who saved my sons life with facial reconstruction. I highly recommend him, as he is an EXCELLENT Doctor. He went above and beyond in every area to reassure us our son would be in safe hands. Also, he is a perfectionist in his facial reconstructive work. We are truly blessed to have him as our surgeon.

This is a Terrible Doctor, I would not recommend to my enemy. His interest is in monetary gain only, zero compassion, does not follow through on promises. In 9 years dealing with him he collected 10,000+ to PULL out my teeth and refused to call me back when I was begging for Implants to get teeth back. Let me be clear I had dentures and only needed anchors, had money and he would not return any calls for over a year. He did collect several hundred dollars for an implant consult & then silent

Doctor Collett is a fantastic surgeon and a kind and caring man. He is devoted to his patients and goes above and beyond to help. We are so thankful we were referred to Dr. Collette: he has a great deal of experience, unique and up-to-date skills, and is a communicative and supportive doctor.
