Where is Dr. Craig? Hall road office closed. I called about test result and nobody calls me back. Recording says they sent out letters to patients about closing. I didn't get one.

Dr Craig has treated my 2 daughters and myself. He is actually the first doc that has diagnosed me properly with lab work to back it it! Did a great job with my daughters as well. I do highly recommend him. Great integrity and takes time with each patient.

Stay away! The biller and office manager are very rude. They charged $50 for an alleged missed appointment. I never received a reminder call, but they claim I did. They refused to work with me at all, even though I am a long time patient. I wrote a letter to Dr Craig. He did not respond. I have left several messages for Danielle, the office manager, to discuss a payment plan. She will not return my calls. This has all been a blessing in disguise though, as I have Ménière’s disease and they were not helping me anyway. I have since gone somewhere else, and am getting the proper treatment I need to manage this disease. Dr Craig and his staff do not care about their patients at all. It’s just about the $$. If I could rate negative stars I would. This office has gone down hill immensely over the past 5 years. Absolutely horrible front management, no communication and very rude. The women Danielle who works directly with Dr. Craig is one of the most ill-mannered individuals I have ever met. I have had two surgeries done by Dr. Craig and they both went great and he is a wonderful doctor but this office makes it completely not worth going to. Going for my third surgery I was told only 3 weeks prior to surgery date that it was canceled due to insurance. With no communication for a week, after multiple messages, I finally reached Danielle. I was then only greeted with rude comments and no explanation. My records were sent to another doctor without my consent and still no communications from the office. I do not recommend this practice due to the office staff. If you want to spend a lot of time on the phone and many days waiting for a response then this is the place for you. If not I’m sure there are multiple other practices that can do a wonderful job for what you need. 10/10 do not recommend. If I could rate negative stars I would. I believe Dr Craig is very knowledgeable however it goes down hill from there. My son loves the office and how they helped him but i must say if you have a secondary insurance the billing department is not only rude but lazy . The rudest person ever ! i contacted the insurance and they agreed it was billed incorrectly and they would cover it if resubmitted, and she refused to do it as she said it was over a year old that she made the mistake. I said it was only $50.00 just take off the $15.00 late fee and lets end it she refused . She said she did nothing wrong even though all parties except her agreed she messed up and insisted she was right. Now they are taking a youth to court for 15.00 late fee . Makes you wonder if they care about you or the precious money. The doctor is great the billing needs to be fired just because she cant accept responsability. So I called back to speak with an office manager and i went back to billing , lol this time after reading my review she agreed to knock off the 15 dollars i just do not understand why it just did not happen the first time. Th BEST Doctor and Staff I have ever known! Been his patient for over 20 years and never had any doctor who took the time to explain everything to me in such detail! Love this doctor and his staff!

Dr Craig may be the best and most knowledgeable doctor I've been to. Performed surgery on my sinuses and deviated septum, painless and awesome recovery under his care.

I never have given bad review but I hope this saves a life. 2nd/3rd opins stated he had taken so much I will have lifelong problems. also stated I did not need the sx. When attempting to see him for recurrent issues infections, facial numbness, breathlessness, and was told it was 6 month wait, I asked while crying to Office manager if I should See another ENT, she immediately got defensive and said “well I will tell dr Craig you want to go elsewhere” which was never the case. I received a letter being discharged from the practice. This was unjustified discharge. Prob cause they did this on purpose. What he did to me in the operating room was selfish and Inhumane and I never would have known if it wasn’t going to a 2nd opin. Who literally looked at me and said “I am so sorry he did this to you” Also, they did not send records in full when requested, not in the time frame that is allocated. I am devastated as he has ruined my life. Please beware and find an ethical physician.

Dr Craig is a great doctor, however, Margaret in the office is very rude. They don’t always call to confirm appointments but lie and say they did. Then charge a $50 missed appointment fee. Margaret will refuse to waive it and her attitude is so nasty. I have read other reviews and this seems to be their normal way of doing business. I would give them a negative 5 if I could. Beware of making any appointments with this office.

Dr Craig is a great doctor, however, Margaret in billing is nasty to deal with. When I arrived for my appointment last week, she claimed I missed a prior appointment. I was not aware of any missed appointment. She then lied and said they called to remind me. I did not have any calls from their office. She said I owed them $50 for missing alleged appointment . She refused to waive the fee. I left without being seen and said I would find a new doctor. She then billed me the $50 and if not paid in 30 days will add a $15 late charge. In reading other reviews it appears this is how they do business. I have never been treated so rudely by a doctor’s office staff in my life. Please don’t go to this office.

Amazing, he is wonderful, knowledgeable and kind Physician. I would highly recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr. Craig has performed surgery on two of three of my children. I was very nervous because both my boys went into surgery at the same time and my one son was very young. Dr. Craig put my worries at easy. Now years later he is seeing my daughter, it takes alot for a person to in trust someone with thier children. I never have a doubt he has their best interest at heart. Thank you!

Staff is terrible; I called to dispute a missed appointment charge, was told I'd have to submit copies of my phone records to prove there was no reminder message left as I never scheduled this appointment. I assumed it would be a courteous exchange but staff told me only the doctor could waive the $25 fee. It was the principle so I told them to have the doctor call me. Instead I received "Termination of Care" letter and advised to find a new doctor. Chose elsewhere .

DR. Craig and his staff are wonderful and caring people. I'm am here today because Dr. Craig cares about my health, and always listens to what I'm saying, he answers all my questions honestly, and is very understanding of my fears befor surgery. He has preformed 3 of the four surgeries I have had for cancer.he is also very knowledgeable in the are of the rare cancer I am living with.

I would really like to give Dr. Craig a higher rating. He is knowledgeable and very nice as his staff. The problem is that we have been to see him 3 times. appointment 1 & 3 was just short of a 2 hour delay and appointment 2 was over 2 hours. The waiting room is uncomfortably small. If the times and small waiting room doesn't bother you than absolutely I would recommend him.
