Dr. Ruth Terrell Harvey

She is the best doctor I have ever had in my life

After being checked in, I was left sitting in the waiting room over an hour. I had to go up and ask why I had not been called. They told me my insurance was not going to pay and they had left me a message. I had no message, just an email that got lost in all the other emails I get. What I am really upset about is that I came into the office, checked in there and no one said anything about there being a problem and was left to sit. I could have sat there for another 3 or 4 hours I no one would have said anything. I really like Dr. Harvey but I am not happy with the office staff.

Dr. Harvey has an excellent bedside manner and is a solid doctor for everyday problems. She does not seem to understand the importance of thyroid problems being addressed. This is the main reason I hesitate to endorse her.

Dr Harvey been our family doctor for years, we are lucky to have her as our primary doctor.

I can not express how grateful I am to have Dr. Harvey as my primary care physician. She has a beautiful and caring spirit, which shows in the way she cares for her patients. She's shown me and several of my family members so much compassion over the years and I thank her from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. Harvey is so caring and understanding . She has excellent bedside manner and treats you like a person not just another patient. I have been seeing Dr. Harvey for the last 10 yrs. I've been seeing Dr Harvey for approximately twenty years now. I started seeing her when she first joing Medical Ctr at Riverside. She has treated my entire family. She is intelligent,kind and persevering. She will work her tail off to insure you receive the utmost in medical care. She exhibits good bedside manners without being condescending,which I appreciate. I highly recommend her. PS. Her sense of humor is wonderful,helps to eleviate any tension wihout being inappropriate. .

Dr. Ruth Harvey is one of the best doctor's I've ever had. She has great bedside manner and really listens to your concerns and takes them seriously. She is very matter-of-fact with her treatment plan but will make adjustments as necessary. She does a great job addressing areas you need to correct or adjust without making you feel scolded and reprimanded. She really cares about her patients.
