I did not like her. She was rude. Did not listen. Did not answer any questions if I was fortunate enough to get to ask one. Left knowing I would need surgery on my foot but it won't be done by her. Zero confidence in this woman. Left in tears. Finished my cry in the bathroom. Will find treatment elsewhere. He staff however could not have been nicer. Each one of them exceptional

Dr. Thomas saved my foot! I was blessed to have her on call after a car accident and I a so glad I did. She is knowledgeable, incredibly skilled and truly cares about her patients. Don't go anywhere else!

Dr Thomas has performed corrective surgery on my both feet. Both surgeries were complex and invasive. I feel I was blessed to have one of the nations best orthopedic surgeons perform the surgeries and recovery time was minimal for this type of surgeries. Her bed side manner are horrible !! rolling of the eyes ..she is flat out rude.. I can accept the true.. it's the tone and her action in which she used !!! You might think your the number ONE Dr. In my eyes your horrible .. I am glad to know that you would treat your own kid as such !

Dr. Thomas is excellent, very knowledgeable, especially in difficult cases. I had a previous specialist 1 steroid shot in my achilles tendon, 2 steroid shots in the the sides of my heels (very painful shots), and a previous surgery. None of which worked. Was referred to a specialist's specialist Dr. Thomas. The only reason I scored lower on "ease of scheduling urgent appoints" was because it took me 6 months to get in. I was in paid 24/7 so the wait was horrible. But the wait was also wort

Dr. Thomas operated on my foot/ankle this year Jan. I've had many surgeries on it by another dr. And it never has been right. Yes there is still problems with it, but she sees now what we need to do to make it even better and we're working toward that now. Overall she's an excellent doctor who cares about her pt.'s and wants to make sure it's done right.

Dr. Ruth Thomas operated on my right foot in 1994. I did not think anyone could save my foot. She totally rebuild it. I am still walking on that foot today 22 years ago. She totally rebuild the foot and ankle by fusing it together. In 2003 I had the left foot done with a new procedure. It has been a complete success with little pain experienced in the past 13 years. I am 72 years old now and have always appreciated what she did. I am still mobile but use a cane or a rolling walker.

Dr. Thomas crippled me.. I went to have 3 pieces of hardware removed and she added 18.. I walked with a cane for 3 years.. Finally another Surgeon removed it and repaired the damage she had done for free because he felt horrible for what she had done.. Now I walk great.. But I will never be the same..

No follow up yet! Dr. Thomas put me at ease. She was very matter-of-fact and straight forward. She appears to be a woman that knows exactly what she's doing. That, in itself, puts you at ease. I've always been a little paranoid about doctors (and ESPECIALLY hospitals!). This was a very good thing for me!
