I don't participate in many surveys or write many reviews, but I must depart from my usual S.O.P. I saw Dr. Brevard in ER today at Providence Hosp. He is a super-communicator; especially in explaining every step he would take and "why". He is extremely personable. I felt he was sincerely invested in my issue. I left ER armed with much information and a plan on how to proceed if my issue "worsens". I'm only sorry his specialty is Emergency Medicine, wishing he could be my "primary physician"!

He didn't even deserve a star. He was terrible. Rude. And did not listen. 0/10 would not recommend. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor.

Saw Brevard (hack) a few weeks after a car accident. Complaining of neck pain, disorientation, trouble thinking. He said protracted concussion that did not exist and spent a year treating it. 4 years later I beat the disorienting chronic pain. Everybody makes mistakes, my problem with this guy is he didn't do any imaging of my neck in ER and didn't express any doubt when his diagnosis was not evidence based. Cost me 4 years of pain, changed my life, and probably about $250k. NOT RECOMMENDED
