Dr. Cole was great, he listened to my feelings about certain medications I was not willing to take. He took my concerns into consideration and offered a treatment plan that resolved my issue.

I'm a new patient at Twin Cities Orthopedics and I came to see someone for trigger finger. I was impressed with Dr Cole who was professional, warm, and who listened to me and was obviously knowledgeable. He suggested conservative treatment for relief from pain. I visited Dr. Cole for a rib fracture. He was very proactive with going one step further over the initial x-ray and ordered a CT to make sure no other injuries were present due to the area of the injury. He was easy to talk to and very concerned for my well being. I would highly recommend his care and medical expertise.

analized my issue, did proper xrays to isolate issue, gave recommendation for way to alleviate pain in wrist and elbow area. Recommended xray to isolate tingling sensation in hand. Could be related to degeneration of area around fused joints in neck. Additional test recommended. Very Satisfied with Dr. Cole.

Dr. Cole was very informative and friendly. He explained what he was going to do in clear terms, and did the procedure gently, carefully, and without pain. I highly recommend Dr. Cole.

Very thorough and professional exam. Diagnosis was right on. I felt Dr. Cole was very familiar with my condition (Achilles tendinitis) and knew exactly how to relieve it.

My appointment with Dr. Cole was excellent. I scheduled an appointment with him because he specializes in concussion care. During my appointment he listened attentively to my concerns, took his time to explain the reasons for my ongoing symptoms, and provided options for a treatment plan. Dr. Cole was caring, kind, and helpful to me. My first time with Dr. Cole.

My biggest pet-peeve is when doctors jump in and out of the appointment that you waited weeks for and you leave with unanswered questions because you felt the urgency to absorb as much information as possible because they had to get to the next room. Dr. Cole was NOT that kind of doctor. Even though he said he was running a little behind and apologized, I was only in the room for less than 2 minutes before he stepped in. He was thorough, ordered 2 sets of x-rays and was totally up front with what the plan of action was going to be. He spoke to me in terms so I understood everything, I didn't even have to look anything up any big words on-line to know what he was talking about! I'm very grateful to have Dr. Cole taking care of me. I wouldn't think twice about recommending Dr. Cole to anyone having spine, back, neck etc issues. He's down to earth and really easy to talk to. Dr Cole is a great doctor answers all your questions no beating around the bush explains everything he is doing to your satisfaction and performs the procedure I’m glad he is my doctor

Great doctor. Took the time to help me fully understand what was going on and all of my options. Very personable and easy to understand. I've had nothing but great experiences at TCO.

Dr. Cole was great. His thorough review of x-rays and symptoms was impressive. He's very kind and knowledgeable. We left with a plan of action ant physical therapy with a follow up in place.

Exellent, caring, explained xrays well, etc. Pleasant nurse & receptionest..... We weren't told ahead of my appointment that my husband couldn't wait inside for me :(:( So he had to wait in the car for almost 2 hours !!! There was lots of room to spread out on 2nd floor & we had on masks. My husband is 84 & hasn't been able to drive since his heart attack.

We visited Dr. Cole for my 13 yo hockey player with a hip injury. He thoroughly discussed treatment and course of action with the worst and best case scenarios. Dr. Cole engaged with the patient himself and my husband. I would highly recommend Dr. Cole.

I have numerous back issues, but over the last year I have experienced pain in my left hip and down the leg. I went into urgent care to see if they could figure what was going on. It felt like sciatica very painful couldn't get out and walk. Dr. Cole ordered X-ray's and a MRI will be getting a steroid epidural to see if that will help. Everyone at TC ORTHO were so nice to work with and very considerate. Dr. Cole is very considerate and explains everything so you understand.

Our daughter got a fairly severe concussion the week before her freshman year of high school. She was hit in the face with a volleyball. High impact at close proximity is not a good combination! Little did we know the effects would be so great. We started seeing Doctor Cole and his team shortly after the accident and they were wonderful! They really seemed to care about our daughter; they were open to try different avenues if something wasn’t working and helped us through the 4 month process of getting her back to 100% her normal. My daughter got a concussion during volleyball, we followed protocol, but she wasn’t making improvement. A friend recommended Dr Cole and I am so glad she did! He was very direct with us, told us what we should be doing and helped schedule pt. My daughter went to pt and saw Dr Cole, until we just found out she is good as new! Concussions are scary, we know how damaging they can be. This gave me piece of mind. Through her home assigned exercises and visits with Dr Cole, she began feeling better. I had no idea this type of dr existed, but now that I do I am telling everyone about him. He treated us like our daughter was his most important patient and let me ask all the questions I wanted to. I even learned a few things! I highly recommend Dr Cole and his team.

My daughter received a concussion playing lacrosse this year (05/19) and the care provided by Dr Cole was second to none. We were in his office one day after we called for an appointment and his recommendations for physical therapy and vision therapy knocked it out of the park. Working with TCO's physical therapy department - specifically M. Steiner - my daughter was quickly moving around again and on her way to recovering. In addition to the PT, my daughter also needed vision therapy to basically teach her eyes to react again. The care provided by doctor Trent Cole (same last name, different doctor) allowed her to start seeing correctly again after a couple of treatments. Overall the concussion protocols laid out by Dr. Cole at our initial visit provided us with the optimism and care we needed to get through what was one of the toughest times of my daughters life. Highly recommend Dr. Cole if a concussion doctor is ever needed.

Dr Cole and his team are amazing!! My son has 2 sports injuries that we are seeing Dr Cole for. He and his team are very thorough and spent more than ample time with us making sure to answer all of our questions. It has been a long time since I've been to a doctor that didn't make you feel rushed and made sure that you fully understand the diagnosis. It is also nice that he and his team travel to each location together, so they really get to know you and you don't have to answer the same questions multiple times to different people. The athletic trainer on his team Fred is fantastic as well, very knowledgeable! Kristen their Medical Scribe is fast, efficient and very pleasant! Dr. Cole and his team were top notch! Dr. Cole was thorough with his evaluation of my injury and he explained the treatment process and was respectful of my input into the treatment plan. He carefully explained what the next steps would be and what I should do if things didn't progress as planned.
