My new doctor heferfinger a great guy very layed back

Dr. Hefflefinger is amazing. He monitors my health conditions even when I'm not on his schedule for a visit. He calls me. The tele-health visit is very effective. He discusses all of my health issues, including mental health. I'm in the geriatric age group so having such a meaningful conversation is important. Thanks Dr. H.

Great Doctor, great listener, and very understanding.

Always takes his time and never rushes you. He is also a great listener. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a caring physician.

Tanja (sp) is a riot! Staff is pleasant and helpful. Dr. H is the man! All around great place for whatever ails you! Ha!

Had to wait 3 months for an appointment, but it was worth it. Dr. Heffelfinger goes above and beyond to help you and make you comfortable and always answers your questions and explains things. Would highly recommend.

Excellent doctor. Takes the time to really listen to his patients.

Best doctor ever! Dr. H takes the time to listen to your medical issues and directs you to proper channels to resolve them. I can’t say enough about how wonderful he is. Now, he is the Primary Care doctor for most of my family.

Dr Heffelfinger is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to my questions and gives me all of the information I need. He cares about his patients. I like him and I trust him!

it is too time consuming. the record you have is different from the records the representative has at the call center. Also, each time I have had any dealings with the call center, I still had to wait for and then talk with a representative in the main office Time is wasted.,

Dr. Heffelfinger actually spends time and engages with his patients to address our needs. He cares for my whole family and appointments with him never feels rushed. Overall, knowledgeable and includes us in decision making for our health.

It's always a satisfying visit with Dr Ryan H. If he doesn't have an answer....he will find it. We are mostly on the same page. The staff is tops also.

Everything went smoothly. I was seen promptly. Everyone was nice and my test results were good. What more can you ask for.

Dr. Heffelfinger takes his time to explain thing to you. He does not rush you. I think he is a great doctor.

Dr. Heffelfinger is good. I like him. I am glad I picked him a couple of years ago and plan on staying in his care.

I dont normally do this but landed here looking for their phone number. Dr. H. Is the best. Hes friendly & empathetic. He gives advice w/o being pushy & respects my anti vax position altho he still must offer them. Ive been w/him since he was in Ellington. Thats how excellent he is. Haha I have a complicated medical history which he handles eemingly with ease. Ive had several MDs who literally saod they didn't feel qualified yo help me. He listens to me complain about my social issues, too. He is patient & empathetic.. Hey Dr. H. ROCKS.
