Non caring almost hostile

I found him uncaring - on the verge of hostile.

I can't ever get a hold of anyone in that office every single time I call. The recorder says there's a wait of 8 mins and just continues to repeat the same amount of mins over and over again. Finally after being on hold for 15 minutes, I think someone will finally answer but then it sends me straight to their voicemail. Why have me on hold for so long if I am just going to get a voicemail recorder?? Waste of my time! I have called 4 more times after, and each time, NOBODY answers and NOBODY ever returns my calls. Rushed thru my appointment without giving me time to finish asking questions. Didn't ask simple questions I'd expect to be asked about my headaches, then prescribed me 4 medications, then referred me to a different specialist. If you're going to recommend me to a different, specialist why did you prescribed me 4 medications then rush out of the room without letting me ask about them? Also didn't give me confidence when he had to search on his phone to check which meds to prescribe me. Rushed thru my appointment without giving me time to finish asking questions. He is a great doctor with an awesome attitude! He works to make his patients happy. Great Doc to see!

Yes indeed very good very open with patients.

I have had a great experience and provided excellent care by Dr Michaud and his nursing staff

He is a horrible Doctor. Like a robot, should not be in the pain business. I went to see him and I had to piss in a cup and be treated like a drug addict, before we could even talk. I have been getting Epidural Steroid injections in my Neck for over 10 years without issue. He wants to sedate you, for a procedure that normally takes 10 mins. He is an ego maniac that thinks he knows whats best regardless of your personally experiences and preferences, stay far away from this Doc.
